Born and raised in Massachusetts, Bryan Lowe has a deep passion for Boston Real Estate. After graduating UMASS Amherst, he moved to Boston and immediately began his career in property management. Bryan started as assistant property manager and was quickly promoted to property manager. To learn all aspects of the business, Bryan transferred to the maintenance department as the regional manager of the South Shore. Today Bryan is working as a portfolio manager for BPM and is overseeing a team of specialists.
Carla Barbosa joined BPM in 2023 as our receptionist.

Christopher Surdam joined BPM in 2023 as the Accounts Payable Specialist and is working now as an Assistant Property Accountant.
Originally from New Hampshire, Daniel moved to Massachusetts right after college. For the last 8 years he has worked in leasing and property management in Boston's Metro West and South Shore areas. During his professional career he has overseen leasing and rent communication for properties ranging from 150-700 units. Daniel joined Boston Property Management in 2021 as an assistant property manager, was quickly promoted to property manager, and is currently overseeing half of our rental and condo units as a portfolio manager for BPM.

Inna Holosinska was born and raised in the Ukraine, where she got a degree in programing. After moving to US, she found her passion in working with people and went back to school for business management. Inna believes in value of customer service, and she enjoys working on making tenants happy. Outside of work Inna enjoys reading books, exercising and traveling.
Iryna Queiros joined Boston Property Management in 2022. As a Property Accountant, Iryna oversees accounting and finances for several properties.

Joann joined BPM in 2024 as an Assistant Property Manager, bringing with her over 5 years of invaluable experience in the real estate industry.
Her comprehensive knowledge of the rental and sales market in Boston and neighboring areas empowers her to deliver exceptional results. She is well-versed in market trends, property valuation and negotiation strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes for her clients. As a dedicated and relationship-focused professional, Joann places great importance on building and maintaining strong relationships with her clients. She understands that affective communication and trust are fundamental to creating a positive and successful property management experience.
With more than 15 years in the property management field, Mr. Cohen delivers a great deal of experience leading the team at Boston Property Management. Mr. Cohen oversees all of the daily responsibilities of running the property management team as well as interacting with the portfolio of clients. Mr. Cohen strives to ensure that all of the portfolio properties and associations are performing optimally and continually looking for ways to improve operations and service to benefit the end user. Mr. Cohen began his career in the property management field with his own firm, where he successfully managed ten distinct multi-family properties throughout Greater Boston. Through dedication and hard work, Mr. Cohen, through Boston Property Management, now oversees a portfolio of more than 900 units with an asset value in excess of $250 million.
As CEO of Boston Property Management, Mr. Cohen is involved in all of the day to day operations; including marketing, staffing, budgeting, field work supervision and fiscal oversight. Mr. Cohen's focus is to apply his experience to provide a product that sets the standard for the industry and to continue to look for ways to expand their service platform.
Jon graduated from Northeastern University in 2003 with a dual major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

After studying at the Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Kareen Williams spent the next 15+ years as a financial aid coordinator at The New England institute of Art and Toni & Guy Hair Academy. Being a landlord herself ignited her passion for real estate and she obtained her license in 2017. Kareen enjoys meeting new people and her main priorities are to have happy, satisfied clients and she is dedicated to exceeding their expectation. Kareen has the ability to help buyers, sellers, and renters realize their real estate goals by providing the information and guidance they need.

Karen Williams is a native of Boston, Massachusetts. She studied Business Administration at Eastern Nazarene College and proceeded to work as a Financial Aid Adviser for over 15 years at The New England Institute of Art. Karen worked with students and families to determine how to finance their entire college education. Assisting people to accomplish their dreams and goals has always given her great joy, which is the primary reason she decided to become a Licensed Realtor. As an agent her client's needs and concerns are her number one priority. Karen is very familiar with all housing voucher and RAFT programs.

Kayla Arons is the Director of Finance & Controller for Boston Property Management. After receiving her degree in Business Administration from UMASS Amherst in 2015, Kayla began her career in accounting at a small real estate development firm.
In her current role, Kayla oversees the day to day financials for all of our portfolio properties. She prepares monthly and annual reporting packages, handles year-end tax preparation, and assists with new property acquisitions.
LaKeya Rochelle joined Boston Property Management in early 2024 as an Administrative Assistant.
Lara joined Boston Property Management in 2023 and is overseeing multiple owner groups as property manager.

Flavio Pereira, who goes by Manny, lives in the North Shore. With his 15+ years of experience in maintenance he is a great addition for BPM to manage the North Shore.
Since joining Boston Property Management in 2009, Maren has developed significant experience in all facets of the real estate market. As the managing director of property management Maren is reporting directly to the President. In her position she is an intermediary between the accounting department as well as the maintenance team and is coaching staff to ensure best industry standards are being implemented and kept. Maren is always looking into maximizing revenue, minimizing operating expenses and following all company policies and procedures. Maren is an expert in the onboarding of new investors and can individualize reports and processes to the unique requirements.
After graduating from Frankfurt University in Germany, with an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources, Maren gained valuable corporate experience in various roles in Europe and the United States. In her spare time Maren enjoys traveling and being involved in the Quincy school system as well as the neighborhood association.
Marguy Desrosiers joined Boston Property Management in 2023 and is currently working as a tenant specialist.

Maribel Fontanez joined Boston Property Management in 2021 as an assistant property manager. With over 10 years of experience in property management, she has extensive knowledge and a passion for the industry. In 2023 she was promoted to a tenant specialist. It has given her the opportunity to learn the legal aspect of property management and become very familiar with the RAFT program. Maribel has worked with both residential and commercial properties throughout Greater Boston areas. Tenants value that Maribel strives to ensure a thorough and seamless experience for them.

Mayrelli was raised in Roslindale, MA and has been a resident in the South Shore area for over 10 years. Her career in real estate began 6 years ago and she has never looked back. Mayrelli joined the Boston Property Management team in early 2024 as an assistant property manager. With experience in Raft and voucher programs, Mayrelli is tasked with overseeing rent collection and the application process for her portfolio.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Mayrelli is fluent in Spanish and enjoys the warm climate. In her spare time Mayrelli enjoys traveling, cooking, fitness, providing services to the community as a Mobile Notary and being involved in her local church.

Nancy joined Boston Property Management in January of 2021. Since joining the company, she continues to develop her knowledge in all areas of real estate.
Nancy has worked with our residents in daily communications and rent collections and guarantees that each tenant's individual needs are met. She has developed a knowledge base of both market and subsidized units and has a strong relationship with all the housing agencies in the Metro Boston area. Currently Nancy focuses on rent collection and works closely with brokers and housing on placing new tenants in our apartments.
Nancy studied Hospitality Management at Johnson & Wales University and has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service field.
Peter McLoughlin started Boston Property Management over 20 years ago out of need to manage his growing rental portfolio as well as to reduce all the headaches that arise from owning rental properties. Unable to find a firm that effectively took care of all his rental property needs, Peter focused on building Boston Property Management as a complete management solution.

Ray as over 15 years of sales, management, and accounting experience in both retail and automotive industries.
