A certified public accountant (CPA) for more than 40 years, Fred started his career with a Big Four CPA firm, working in their audit and small business departments servicing Fortune 500 companies and other emerging businesses before establishing his own practice. Fred is a Certified Financial Planner™ and holds various securities and insurance licenses. In this capacity, Fred regularly assists clients in all aspects of the financial planning process to help them achieve their financial goals and objectives. A frequent lecturer on tax, accounting, and financial matters, Fred has been a speaker at various seminars sponsored by governmental agencies, colleges, and local financial institutions. Gina's thorough knowledge of risk assessment gained through her auditor experience has helped her excel in her role at Cg. Trusha Patel, manager in Cg Tax, Audit & Advisory's Tax Services Group, is responsible for the tax preparation and technical review of individual and business tax returns for a diverse range of clients in a variety of industries. Her tax compliance experience is extensive, working on engagements for corporations, partnerships, and high net worth individuals including the filing of foreign informational forms, as well as the preparation of partnership and individual Canadian and Puerto Rican tax returns. Trusha utilizes her strong analytical, teamwork, and organizational skills to advise clients in establishing financial goals, and helping ensure clients are on the right path to achieve those goals and maximize profitability. Trusha earned a Master's in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India. She also obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India. Trusha is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He provides litigation support services including forensic accounting, business valuation, matrimonial accounting, cash flow and lifestyle analyses, asset tracing, economic damages, equitable distribution, valuation critiques and other reports. He has experience in financial statement audit and tax services to nonprofit organizations and closely-held businesses, owners and individuals. William has been appointed by a matrimonial judge in Ocean County and/or retained by attorneys as an accounting expert in matrimonial litigation matters. William has also spoken at the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as the Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
