EHRAC is established within Middlesex University. The University is an exempt charity by virtue of the Charities Act 1960... The European Human Rights Advocacy Centre (EHRAC) is an independent human rights centre, based in London. We work with partners in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia and Ukraine to challenge serious human rights violations. EHRAC was founded in 2003, to litigate violations resulting from the second Russian-Chechen War. Our work today falls under three intersecting themes: Civic Space and Democratic Accountability, Conflict and Security Force Abuses, and Discrimination.
