Emergency Medicine Specialists is a Dayton-based, democratic group of engaged board certified emergency medicine physicians. Since 1981, we have been delivering care with compassion to patients in the Kettering Health Network... We integrate our physicians with the nursing staff and ED leadership to provide a team approach to emergency medicine, serving as partners at the front door of the hospital. Through combined efforts, we have developed efficient processes in a culture of respect and trust that has kept our staff pleased in their daily work. The physicians have ranked very high in annual employee opinion surveys conducted by hospital leadership.
