This website is a step by step presentation that will look into Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. We have these needs throughout Each of the cycles of our lives and search for them in every aspect of our life. Maslow suggested that filling the "needs" is what provides humans with drive and motivation. From our relationships to our careers, we are constantly attempting to fill these needs. Maslow believed that our psychological health depends on us meeting these needs. If we can meet these needs, we will be rewarded with "self-actualization" or in other words, we will be able to realize our potential. . This theory was based on people wanting and needing to know their worth and have feelings of self fulfillment. Unlike some other theories, such as psychoanalysis and behaviorist, the humanistic approach concentrates more on the positives in people and there potential .
