PRACTICAL MIRACLES - Key Persons

Arielle Essex

Originally from the USA, Arielle has lived most of her life in the UK working as an extraordinary healer, coach and NLP trainer. Her Coaching work combines practical psychology, NLP, hypnosis, emotional and non-verbal intelligence. But her earlier career in osteopathy, naturopathy and applied kinesiology continues to inspire the depth of her approach, particularly for healing issues. After Arielle succeeded in healing her own brain tumour without orthodox medical treatment, she wrote her first book, Compassionate Coaching to share what worked: energy healing at its best. She also featured in the documentary DVD The Living Matrix movie, telling her story. Her passion is helping people turn problems into gifts, empowering them to find their own solutions and reconnecting with their inner source. She more recently wrote the Eight Factors of Healing and Practical Miracles to share more details of her healing approach. Since she and David renovated a large old Edwardian house into a luxurious Country House Hotel: Haven Hall, she has lived full time on the Isle of Wight. With its cliff top views of the sea and lovingly restored interiors full of antiques and glittering chandeliers Haven Hall is the perfect place for special Coaching Retreats and Workshops as well as other holidays and get-togethers. Hence Arielle and David plan to host some very special workshops together.

David Barratt

Originally from Newcastle on Tyne, David spent most of his working life doing property development in California and Hawaii. Since he and Arielle renovated a large old Edwardian house into a luxurious Country House Hotel: Haven Hall he has lived full time on the Isle of Wight. His passion has always been to create places of beauty, peace and tranquillity, celebrating the wonder and awe of God's Creation. So he loves it that Haven Hall seems to attract like-minded souls to share the natural beauty of this very special location. The cliff top views of the sea and lovingly restored interiors full of antiques and glittering chandeliers make it the perfect place for retreats, holidays and get-togethers of all kinds. In the USA, David was licenced as a Lay Minister in the Episcopal (Anglican) Church. He was also director of the Hawaii Spiritual Directors Formation Programme. More recently, he has been a Trustee of the Quiet Garden Movement in the UK. In 2018 Haven Hall hosted its first Quiet Garden Day.
