PREMIER BAILIFFS

Premier Bailiffs was founded in 1979 by Charles "Chuck" Peet and has continually shown growth by dedication to serve all clients with sound advice and excellent service. Peet a strong proponent in doing it right the first time reflects the roster of over 750 clients. In 2013 Peet promoted office manager Nancy Chininea into management and a director into Premier Bailiffs. Between Nancy and Chuck, they have over 55 years of experience in servicing clients and completing assignments in quick and legal manner. The head office based out of St. Catharines has five experienced staff members that handle and coordinate the day to day operations, including a full time bookkeeper. The staff oversees the 20 outside field Assistant Bailiffs throughout Ontario, except for the Kenora and Thunder Bay areas.
