ALEX J. PERAGINE

Alex is the Firm's founding member, and his practice areas include commercial litigation, business and corporate law, contracts, labor and employment, insurance coverage for policy holders, trade practices and antitrust, constitutional law, and appellate practice. He has served as Interim City Attorney for the City of Covington and President of the Covington Bar Association. Alex graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1984. He then attended Louisiana State University and received his Juris Doctorate in 1988. While at LSU, he was Editor in Chief of the Louisiana Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. After graduating, Alex was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association, Covington Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court and the American Inns of Court for the 22nd Judicial District Court. Alex is a New Orleans native, but after many years on the Northshore, he calls Covington home. In his free time, he enjoys playing chess and spending time with his son, Max.

Christina Falco Baldwin

Christina Falco Baldwin is a native of Rochester, New York. In 2002, she graduated from the State University at Buffalo, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Christina earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2007 from Western New England College of Law. While attending law school, Christina worked for various firms and legal organizations, as well as volunteering her time at the HIV/AIDS Law Consortium. Also, Christina was honored to be selected to participate in the Equal Justice Works Katrina Summercorps Program. During her summer break from law school, she worked at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, providing legal assistance to victims of Hurricane Katrina. Christina continues to work with Southeast Louisiana Legal Services by providing pro bono legal services for those in need. In 2007, Christina was admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts. From 2007 - 2017, Christina served as an associate attorney for Sulzer & Williams. Christina managed complex, multi-party litigation cases, many of them involving occupational illness claims. Christina is a member of the 22nd JDC Bar Association and served as the Chair of the Young Lawyer's Section in 2015. Christina lives in Covington with her husband, John, son, Julian, and daughter, Devin. Christina enjoys practicing and teaching yoga and is a passionate home cook in her free time.

MARGARET V. BURCK

Margaret V. Burck was born and raised in Covington, Louisiana. She attended Covington High School and Louisiana State University, where she earned her Bachelors degree in 2009 in Political Science. Maggie joined our team in 2020.

SAMANTHA L. BLOEMER

Samantha has been employed as a paralegal since 2010. In 2012, Samantha was commissioned as a Louisiana Civil Law Notary Public with statewide jurisdiction. She can prepare, pass, and notarize acts and documents in any Parish in the State of Louisiana. Samantha also is a National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent.
