Alastair works closely with Lucy running the business. A chef who has worked for great names like Rick Stein, Michael Caines and Charlie Trotter in the past which brings huge food knowledge and a grasp of customer expectations. A keen hockey player and hockey coach.
Our resident vegetarian but she will happily sell our beautiful pancetta and cured meats with gusto. A quick witted mistress of the telesales department which she controls with fantastic attention to detail. No invoice leaves the office without Angela's approval. An addict of handbags, no one has more. The last count was 78!
There is nothing Colin does not know about buying. He has been in the Food Wholesale for nearly 30 years and has encyclopaedic knowledge of the trade. Colin is a long suffering Ipswich Town fan.

Giles runs our accounts department and also operations and logistics. He is a keen figures man so not much get past him if you are late paying or if there is no remittance with the payment! A keen cyclist, Giles thinks nothing of cycling 100 plus miles and shooting up a hill or mountain.
Hazel knows cheese from cheesecake. She had 7 years of management experience running pubs in Suffolk before joining the Elm Valley team. With a sense of humour and adventure, she recently enjoyed the trip of a life time; exploring the Galapagos Islands and Peru.
John runs the night shift, manning the phones and overseeing picking and overnight ordering. He is a stickler for detail and articulate handover notes. A great family man who is hugely proud of his two sons. Hugely polite and regularly drawing compliments from customers.
Lucy lends her hand to everything that is required. Lucy's strengths are motivation skills, organisation and inspiring us all to achieve our goals. A keen skier and gardener she like to apply her extensive business experience to making all our jobs easier.
