Adam Green

Adam provides leadership and support to our Engineering Services team, to drive engineer efficiency and performance. He has responsibility for managing the Regional Management Team, including ongoing safety leadership and further development of customer relationships. Bringing a strong skill set, Adam has proven experience of delivering operational performance, aligning standards, technical requirements and engineering delivery. Adam joined United Plant from Tarmac Building Products, where he held senior roles, latterly National Operational Performance Manager.

Greg Mulhearn - Managing Director

Greg brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and business acumen, having worked in the quarry and waste industry for over 30 years. Having joined United Plant Services in October 2017, Greg has created a five-year growth plan which he is driving within the business. This will see the company strengthening its position as one of the UK's leading engineering and asset management providers. Greg's' passion for the industry along with true commitment to safety is second to none.

Lyndsey Allison

Job Titles:
  • Compliance Manager
Lyndsey takes responsibility for Compliance Solutions, to ensure that United Plant effectively deliver brake testing, safety inspections and thorough checks in line with contractual safety obligations. Lyndsey joined United Plant in April 2021 from Hardox, where she worked for over five years in a business development and sales management role. She has extensive experience within the engineering, quarrying, recycling, and construction industry, with a proven track record. Lyndsey is passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and understands the critical nature of compliance.

Mark Mitchell

Job Titles:
  • Regional Manager - Scotland
Marks takes responsibility for the management of the United Plant Engineering Services team in Scotland. He also works alongside and supports our asset management team, as well as managing our workshop facility in Cumbernauld. Mark assists in the shaping and delivery of the Scotland regional business strategy and drives a culture of customer service excellence and safety, across the Scottish region. With a strong background in HME, Mark brings a wealth of technical, commercial and people skills. Mark returned to Fife in 2023, following several overseas roles working for the major OEM's.

Nic Fearis

Job Titles:
  • Regional Manager
  • Regional Manager - North
Highly experienced in the industry, Nic takes responsibility for managing the United Plant Engineering Services team in the North, which includes the management and development of our customer group across the North Region. He supports ongoing customer relationships, identifies new business opportunity and ensures safe working practices. Nic joined the business from Volo Construction Equipment, where he worked for over 18 years in a range of roles, which have cemented his expertise of Heavy Mobile Equipment.

Rob Morgan

Rob has over 15 years' experience within the heavy plant industry and is committed to building strong customer partnerships and placing safety first.

Roksana Malczewska

Job Titles:
  • SHEQ Advisor
Roksana is responsible for driving a positive SHEQ (Safety, Health Environment, Quality) culture throughout our business, helping to shape SHEQ strategy whilst supporting employees through day-to-day advice on all SHEQ related matters. Roksana joined the team in September 2022 from Eurofins Food & Water Testing UK. She is a qualified assessor and trainer with strong experience and a practical hands-on approach to engaging on-site and field-based teams. Roksana will implement business wide SHEQ policies and procedures, aligned with our parent company strategy, to ensure adherence to all legal requirements, whilst providing robust advice to both our employees and customer group.
