Ally joined Inoapps in 2017 and is responsible for managing the group's financial risks and help shape strategy and global growth. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Ally brings strong managerial skills and senior level experience to our operation. Prior to joining Inoapps he was CFO of Aberdeen-based Proserv a global technology-driven oilfield services group. Prior to this, he was a partner with EY, having worked in their Aberdeen, Auckland, London and Edinburgh offices and specializing in corporate acquisitions, disposals and IPOs.

As Inoapps Commercial Head, Andrew manages the commercial side of our business. Originally trained and qualified as an accountant (FCCA), Andrew has been working with Oracle for over 20 years.

Andy began his career over 20 years ago, working internationally in logistics and procurement before returning to Europe to implement Oracle systems within the Oil & Gas sector.
In 2006, Andy founded Inoapps and since then has quickly grown the company through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. He is currently focused on an international expansion program, which will see Inoapps become the leading global independent partner for Oracle applications and technology.
The achievements of Andy and his team have been widely recognized by the industry with Inoapps most recently being named Oracle Cloud First Partner of the Year 2018/19.

As Global SVP of Inoapps Managed Services, Brian is responsible for ensuring the continued evolution of our Oracle service propositions.
Brian has over 30 years' experience in the IT industry, centered on the delivery of Oracle technology and applications managed services. One of the first Oracle Certified Professional DBAs globally, Brian has since held several board-level positions including senior appointments with PwC and Hitachi Consulting. He is an ITIL 4 Managing Professional, Chartered IT Professional and Certified Agile Service Manager. Brian contributed to the core ITIL publications (2011) and continues to innovate to forge viable client solutions.
Away from work, and as a Manchester-native, Brian is an avid Indie music fan and hosts a radio show whenever he can find time.

She brings key experience and commitment to the attraction, development and retention of talent, while fostering a culture of respect and inclusion.

As VP of Global Managed Services, Craig is responsible for the global delivery and growth of Inoapps managed services.
Craig has over 20 years of experience delivering Oracle technology-specific professional and managed services. He joined the Inoapps management team in 2022 as part of the acquisition of Tier1, where he served as the President and COO. While at Tier1, Craig was responsible for the delivery of private cloud hosting, professional services and managed services.
Dean's career spans software and product development, data management, system architecture and entrepreneurship. He has a proven track record of delivering results, applying creativity and problem solving, and communicating technology solutions.
An accomplished IT professional, he is here to apply his experience and passion for providing effective solutions to our customers' business and technology challenges. Dean enjoys sharing his knowledge and has presented at various Oracle conferences.
As VP of Data at Inoapps, Dermot is responsible for the provision of accurate, timely and relevant insight to support the decision making processes of the business. Using data sourced from across every operational system within Inoapps, it is Dermot's role to ensure the management teams have the right information to support the decisions and strategy needed to deliver the ongoing success of the business.
Dermot also works with our delivery teams to bring to our customers the same level of insight and understanding across their businesses.
Dermot's Oracle career spans over 30 years, and he has worked in a wide range of roles, from analyst and consultant through to project manager. He has been with Inoapps since its earliest days and is also the current Chair of Scotland IS, the trade association that champions Scotland's vital digital technologies industry.

As Global Head of Operations for the Application Technology and Products practice, Drew is part of the company's global leadership team and is responsible for the day to day operations of the practice.
Drew has many years' experience working with Oracle technologies, specializing in technical implementations, leading practices and product operations. He has worked for Inoapps since 2008 and has performed the role of Oracle developer, technical team lead, project manager, global technology practice lead and global head of products before taking on his current role. In these roles he has delivered and managed technical services in both E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud in areas such as Infrastructure, database administration, data migration, reporting and analytics, customizations, integrations, bespoke applications and productized applications. Drew has presented at Oracle conferences on many occasions.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Fiona provides leadership for our global Sales, Marketing and Alliance teams, with a focus on achieving our global revenue growth. Fiona also takes a leading role on strategy and go-to-market for our Applications division, as well as leading our teams across the EMEA region.
With over 25 years of IT industry experience, Fiona has extensive experience in ERP implementation, a substantial network of professional relationships throughout the Oracle ecosystem, as well as time spent as a Board Director for the UK Oracle User Group and as a member of the Oracle UK Partner Advisory Board.
Gary channels his passion for Oracle and delivery excellence into his role as Vice President of ERP and HCM, where he oversees a high performing, innovative team of consultants who help our customers drive efficiencies and maximize their investment in Oracle technologies to deliver desired business outcomes.
In this role, Gary is responsible for ERP and HCM operational performance, recruitment, growth and development. He is engaged in business strategy design and execution.
Gary has held a number of positions within Inoapps and was formerly an Oracle Solution Architect and P2P specialist, successfully delivering global, multi-pillar implementations across many sectors. He has spoken at Oracle OpenWorld and User Group events, focusing on Oracle best practice and methodology.

With over 25 years of Oracle implementation, Practice Management and Consulting leadership experience, John supports Oracle customers on their application and technology modernization journeys in pursuit of realizing their business outcome needs.
As VP of Sales, Sally is responsible for delivering our growth targets across all areas of Oracle technology, applications and Managed Services. She provides our teams with all aspects of sales leadership and drives the recruitment of our expanding Sales team.
A hands-on sales leader with over 15 years' experience in senior positions, Sally joined us from a thriving consultancy business where she worked with ambitious scale-ups across multiple sectors, empowering them with the sales strategy, tools and skills to grow.
