Ally joined Inoapps in 2017 and is responsible for managing the group's financial risks and help shape strategy and global growth. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Ally brings strong managerial skills and senior level experience to our operation. Prior to joining Inoapps he was CFO of Aberdeen-based Proserv a global technology-driven oilfield services group. Prior to this, he was a partner with EY, having worked in their Aberdeen, Auckland, London and Edinburgh offices and specializing in corporate acquisitions, disposals and IPOs.

As Inoapps Commercial Head, Andrew manages the commercial side of our business. Originally trained and qualified as an accountant (FCCA), Andrew has been working with Oracle for over 20 years.

Andy began his career over 20 years ago, working internationally in logistics and procurement before returning to Europe to implement Oracle systems within the Oil & Gas sector.
In 2006, Andy founded Inoapps and since then has quickly grown the company through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. He is currently focused on an international expansion program, which will see Inoapps become the leading global independent partner for Oracle applications and technology.
The achievements of Andy and his team have been widely recognized by the industry with Inoapps most recently being named Oracle Cloud First Partner of the Year 2018/19.

As Global SVP of Inoapps Managed Services, Brian is responsible for ensuring the continued evolution of our Oracle service propositions.
Brian has over 30 years' experience in the IT industry, centred on the delivery of Oracle technology and applications managed services. One of the first Oracle Certified Professional DBAs globally, Brian has since held several board-level positions including senior appointments with PwC and Hitachi Consulting. He is an ITIL 4 Managing Professional, Chartered IT Professional and Certified Agile Service Manager. Brian contributed to the core ITIL publications (2011) and continues to innovate to forge viable client solutions.
Away from work, and as a Manchester-native, Brian is an avid Indie music fan and hosts a radio show whenever he can find time.

As VP of Global Managed Services, Craig is responsible for the global delivery and growth of Inoapps managed services.
Craig has over 20 years of experience delivering Oracle technology-specific professional and managed services. He joined the Inoapps management team in 2022 as part of the acquisition of Tier1, where he served as the President and COO. While at Tier1, Craig was responsible for the delivery of private cloud hosting, professional services and managed services.

As Head of Talent Acquisition, Deborah is responsible for attracting and retaining new talent to the Inoapps teams across the globe.
Deborah has been in the recruitment industry for over 22 years and has a wealth of experience in her field. Deborah is passionate about People and Delivery and building strong relationships with candidates to ensure that they receive the personal touch in recruitment.
As VP, Delivery Growth and Excellence at Inoapps, Debra is part of the extended leadership team with a remit to use her 26 years of Oracle experience to drive best practices as an Oracle Partner to support our growth aspirations.
She is an Oracle ACE Director, recognized Fusion Applications and Technology expert and led the global user group input into Fusion Applications. She has been involved in over 100 implementations of Oracle ERP and HCM, advising customers on their application and implementation strategy. She has spoken at over 300 events worldwide.

As VP of Technology, Dermot is responsible for the delivery of high quality Oracle technology solutions in the areas of data migration, reporting and analytics, customizations, integrations and bespoke applications. Using the very latest Oracle technologies, Dermot and his team of highly experienced Oracle professionals deliver innovative solutions to the challenging business problems faced by our customers.
Dermot's Oracle career spans over 20 years, and he has worked in a wide range of roles, from analyst and consultant through to project manager. He has been with Inoapps since its earliest days and is also on the board of Scotland IS, the trade association that champions Scotland's vital digital technologies industry.

As Global Head of Operations for the Application Technology and Products practice, Drew is part of the company's global leadership team and is responsible for the day to day operations of the practice.
Drew has many years' experience working with Oracle technologies, specializing in technical implementations, leading practices and product operations. He has worked for Inoapps since 2008 and has performed the role of Oracle developer, technical team lead, project manager, global technology practice lead and global head of products before taking on his current role. In these roles he has delivered and managed technical services in both E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud in areas such as Infrastructure, database administration, data migration, reporting and analytics, customizations, integrations, bespoke applications and productized applications. Drew has presented at Oracle conferences on many occasions.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Fiona provides leadership for our global Sales, Marketing and Alliance teams, with a focus on achieving our global revenue growth. Fiona also takes a leading role on strategy and go-to-market for our Applications division, as well as leading our teams across the EMEA region.
With over 25 years of IT industry experience, Fiona has extensive experience in ERP implementation, a substantial network of professional relationships throughout the Oracle ecosystem, as well as time spent as a Board Director for the UK Oracle User Group and as a member of the Oracle UK Partner Advisory Board.
Before this role, Gary was an Oracle Solution Architect and P2P specialist, successfully delivering global, multi-pillar implementations across many sectors. He has spoken at Oracle OpenWorld and OUG events, focusing on ERP best practice and methodology.

As the Group Head of Security, IT and Compliance for Inoapps, Ian is responsible for developing, enhancing and implementing our Security and IT Support strategies. Ian's role enables him to work with every team across the business, ensuring our compliance through internal and external audit.
Ian has over 20 years' experience in the IT industry, which has allowed him to gain a broad knowledge of IT and Security solutions. Ian's career has taken him from working at global IT outsource providers working on UK Government projects through to a major global bank. Ian comes from a Solaris/Linux Security/Administrator background and now has a passion for cyber security.

As Chief Technology Officer, James is part of the company's leadership team with responsibility for developing Inoapps' international technology strategy, working closely with our Consulting, Ideation and Product Development teams.
A highly experienced practitioner, James draws on more than 20 years' experience working within the IT industry, predominantly within the Oracle technology arena. He previously worked in Oracle pre-sales and as UK technology director for the company. He is an Oracle ACE who regularly presents at key sector events, focusing on emerging trends and technologies.

As team lead for the US HCM practice, Jennifer is part of the company's US leadership team with responsibility for driving the US HCM practice strategy, working directly with the consulting practice, product development and sales teams.
A highly experienced consultant, Jennifer has more than 12 years' experience working with Oracle products. She previously worked as a HCM consultant and was a lead HCM consultant with the company. Jennifer is an Oracle guru and is focused on supporting customer HCM solutions with innovative implementation strategies.
Kim has worked in both HR and the Oracle industry since 2005 and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (Assoc CIPD). She has been with Inoapps since 2011 and has seen the company grow globally year on year.
As the company has expanded, so has the People team. As Head of HR for the UK and APAC, and Kim is responsible for managing additional in-house support in these teams, as well as external providers globally. As the company continues to grow, so too does the need for the People team to adapt its policies and practices to suit. Kim and her team are dedicated to ensuring that Inoapps is ready for continued growth and expansion.
Kirsty joined Inoapps in 2018, and as Group Legal Counsel she is responsible for legal and regulatory services to the Group worldwide, working closely with the Group's Security Manager on compliance and policy matters. A qualified solicitor, Kirsty brings an ability to balance commercial considerations against legal risks and guide the business appropriately.
Previously Kirsty was Legal Counsel for Aberdeen-based Proserv, a global technology-driven oilfield services group. Kirsty started her legal career as a banking & finance lawyer for Maclay Murray & Spens (now Dentons), before taking on a more corporate mergers & acquisitions focused role as one of the original lawyers at Blackwood Partners LLP.
As the ERP Practice Lead in the US, Malek helps our customers adopt Oracle Cloud solutions and optimize their processes for Oracle Financials, Supply Chain and Projects Portfolio Management.
A highly experienced practitioner, Malek draws on more than 28 years' experience working within the IT industry, predominantly within the Oracle Applications and Technology arena. He has extensive implementation experience across industries that include Technology, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Metals and Mining, and the Public Sector.
As Global EPM practice lead, Matt helps our customers drive the office of the CFO to be more efficient and effective in updating their processes while leveraging technology to enable transformation and align to best practices. His focus is to make sure that value is added throughout the project lifecycle and enabling ROI, whether through automation, process redesign, or marching toward bleeding edge technologies like predictive planning and machine learning.
Matt has over 16 years of experience leading EPM implementations and complex finance transformation initiatives.

Olivia is Inoapps' Alliance Director in North America. She supports the Applications Sales Team by managing Oracle relationships across all verticals and elevating the Inoapps brand within the ecosystem. Olivia has spent her career in relationship management in both Higher Education and the Public Sector. Olivia most recently served as the Director of Membership and Partnerships for a national association representing Chief Procurement Officers.
Pardeep has over 20 years of experience across multiple and varied ERP, HCM and Data Warehouse implementations.
He specializes in process standardization, operating model changes and cloud solutions. Pardeep is currently delivering multiple multimillion pound Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM programs across a number of industries, working with a variety of clients from charities and Higher Education, through to Construction.
Paula joined Inoapps in 2017 and manages the Group's accounting, treasury, and reporting functions across all geographies, as well as managing the finance team.
Paula has over 20 years' experience working in finance across a broad range of areas, including compliance, business process, audit, budgeting, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Inoapps, Paula held various finance positions in the manufacturing and oil and gas sectors.
