Amy's experience and passion for property began over 10 years ago when she was the first team member to join the company. Over the past decade Amy has collected a vast knowledge of all aspects of property management. With her knowledge for the local area and her passion to deliver exceptional customer service you can be rest assured Amy is the property manager every landlord wants managing their property portfolio.
Beth entered the estate agency industry in 2021 as she has always had a passion for the housing market and providing excellent customer service. She has definitely found her calling in life. Since joining Riverside her self-motivation and drive to achieve excellence is second to none. She has a skill in sales negotiation and is able to help navigate clients confidently through the buying and selling process with ease.
Since joining Riverside Residential Property Services in 2015 as our sales valuer the department has gone from strength to strength. With Chris's likeable and upbeat personality he prides himself on going that extra mile for his clients combined with his excellent marketing background he will showcase your property in the best possible way to ensure the very best exposure.
Courtney joined our fast paced Lettings department in 2023. She has always worked in positions focused highly on providing excellent customer service, and her attention to detail and drive to provide the best possible service to our landlords, tenants and tradesmen is second to none. Courtney is a key member of our lettings department and first point of contact for all our amazing clients.
In 2012 Riverside Residential were lucky enough to have Donna join our growing team. Donna came to us with a wealth of corporate knowledge in managing and training staff as well as years of customer service experience. Donna is very much a people person and loves meeting clients. She enjoys the challenge of overcoming difficult situations and works closely with the team completing training and processes to ensure the day to day running of business runs smoothly.

Business owner Lucy launched Riverside in 2007 after realising there was a real need for an independent, local and above all friendly high street agent in Washington. Lucy has been in the industry for more than 20 years and loves her job having gained experience previously in the corporate estate agency. She has great local knowledge, experience and rest assured that you will get the best advice.
Sandra joined the company in 2016 and prides herself on her years of successful achievements within the customer service industry. With Sandra's professionalism, high service standards and straight forward approach she has built a strong base of management experience and knowledge which has lead her to become resilient and organised tenancy professional that every landlord wants to work with.
Sophie is a highly experienced sales negotiator with a passion for helping clients throughout the full sales process. With years of industry experience, Sophie has developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the local property market. Sophie is a people person with great communication skills and her bubbly but professional personality shines through as she has a natural ability to make clients feel at ease.
After teaming up with Lucy in 2010 Stephanie brings diligence and a professional approach to Riverside, ensuring that both compliance and professionalism is ran through the very core of everything we do. Determination and a passion for the industry has made Stephanie instrumental in driving the business forward and ensuring we are the leading agency.
Veronica joined the company in 2020, bringing with her a vast amount of knowledge within the consumer care industry and has a natural gift for helping people find their perfect home and for aiding sellers in achieving the best possible price they can for their homes. She is committed to providing exceptional service and support throughout the sale process making her a vital cog within the team.
