Dhaval is passionate about architecture and the built environment and with it brings a strong sense of creativity, excellent space planning skills and knowledge of UK planning processes and building regulations. With his background and knowledge of Interior design, Dhaval has successfully delivered high quality interior design services for commercial retail shops, cafés and restaurants in Bristol. Dhaval takes projects from initial client brief to developed design and planning permission stages through to technical design and building regulations. His excellent critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills coupled with his proactive approach allows him to achieve holistic design solutions for home refurbishment projects, extensions, mix-use developments, and new build homes. Dhaval has a wealth of skill from model making, graphic design and product design through to a strong background in 3D architectural visualisation, post-production and building information modelling (BIM). He helps the team and clients visualise concept ideas and brings a three-dimensional understanding to all the projects he works on.
Richard founded Foresight PM in 2009. He quickly established a reputation for providing pragmatic and realistic advice while delivering outstanding project results for clients such as the University of the West of England, Elandi, Development Securities and Adapt Properties, to name but a few. He has worked in wide variety of sectors in the commercial market such as Education, Retail, Commercial and Leisure, but is equally adept at working on Residential projects either commercially scaled or privately funded. As a Chartered Building Surveyor he is excited by all aspects of Building Surveying and Project Management, and loves a challenge. He has a natural ability to think laterally and overcome problems and issues, and a sharp eye for detail.
