Beth joined the financial industry after she finished sixth form, starting her career in Nationwide Building Society. She started off as a customer service administrator chasing outstanding information, and eventually worked her way up to assessing aspects of the mortgage application. From there Beth moved to roles within mortgage brokerage businesses, preferring the more personal relationships she could build with clients and loving the administration side of a mortgage case. Starting at Bluechip in 2020 as a mortgage administrator, she became Head of Office in 2022.
Within the office she is the best brew maker, giving her colleagues a Yorkshire brew from a Yorkshire lass! In her spare time Beth enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends, and dancing the night away.
Damien joined Barclays straight from school and enjoyed a fruitful career within the FX trade. In 2004, he became directly involved in mortgage advice while looking after a very valuable client bank, helping them to achieve personal financial goals. Damien's last role of Business Development Director focused on larger corporate relationships providing setting financial goals, support, and strategy to employees.
Joining Bluechip has given Damien the opportunity to use his personal and commercial skills when providing advice to clients. He is experienced in all aspects of property and mortgage solutions.
Outside of work, Damien enjoys spending time with his family, playing sport, and going to theme parks.
Debbie joined Bluechip Financial in 2019 and has 28 years of experience working within the mortgage industry. While she holds a qualification in mortgage advice, working on administration and processing is her specialty - she is a self-confessed admin geek!
Debbie started working in financial services in 1995, working for the mortgage processing team at Abbey National and eventually working her way up to manager level. Debbie left Abbey following the birth of her second child in 2005. Returning to work following a short maternity break, Debbie worked for a friendly society dealing with Buildings Insurance. However, by 2011 Debbie missed working on mortgages and secured an admin role for a local Financial Adviser. She has been working within a mortgage brokerage ever since.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, and is a big Strictly Come Dancing fan.

Jon has worked in financial services since the late 80s. He began specialising in mortgages and commercial finance in 2003, when he became a fully qualified mortgage and protection advisor.
Over the years, he has worked for high street banks, finance companies, and independent mortgage brokers. His career at Bluechip Financial began in November 2017.
Jon covers all mortgage advice aspects, from first time buyer to commercial developments. He particularly enjoys the specialist lending sector.
Additionally, he also looks to ensure his clients are fully aware of their options when it comes to protection for their home or income.
When not at his desk, Jon enjoys watching rugby, cycling and, as a member of a local surf life-saving club, sea swimming whatever the weather - he is a firm believer in the Wim Hof philosophy.
Kerri has worked within Bluechip since 2009 and was made director in 2022. She has worked in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, covering back-office roles as varied as client servicing, paraplanning, and account management. She currently supports the administration team and is responsible for bookkeeping and accounts.
Outside of work, Kerri is busy being a mum to her three children - you'll often find her on the side-lines of their football, hockey, and netball matches. She's also a keen runner and supporter of AFCB.
Mortgage, Protection & Equity Release Advisor Kerry has worked within the Financial Services Sector since leaving school and has been providing Mortgage and Protection Advice for almost 20 years. Kerry has a passion for what she does and describes herself as lucky as has found a profession in something she loves, whether it being a first purchase or saving a chain from falling apart, knowing she has played a part in something so important is a responsibility she is fully committed too. Over the past year Kerry has had the pleasure of being more involved with Short Term, Commercial and Development Finance, and as the market is changing with her older clients now wanting to stay in their home for longer Kerry has moved into Later Life Lending and gained her Equity Release Qualifications. Nick co-founded Bluechip Financial in 2008. He has over 25 years' experience in the banking industry, including roles at Abbey, Barclays Private Clients, SPF, and John Charcol.
Nick specialises in debt advisory and structuring bespoke development, equity, and commercial finance packages for our developer and property investor clients throughout the UK.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and supporting AFC Bournemouth.

Sam has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. She has a detailed understanding of the mortgage sector after taking the relevant qualifications whilst children were still young and at home. Since then, she has worked for several companies on an administration basis as well as an advisory role, including her own business, and started with Bluechip in 2022 when her long-term employer decided to leave the market.
Sam joined Bluechip as an administrator and in 2023 made the jump back to advise. Her excellent understanding of the Ex-Pat market makes her a great resource to the team.
When not at her desk, Sam enjoys spending time with her family, especially her young granddaughters, and socialising with friends.

With over 20 years in the banking and mortgage industry, Sarah brought a wealth of knowledge with her when she joined Bluechip Financial in June 2022
As an experienced mortgage broker, she is passionate about helping clients secure their hopes and dreams whatever their circumstances. She prides herself on the professional and personal relationships that she builds with her clients so that she can advise on some of the most important decisions in their lives.
Specialising in both residential mortgages and buy to let mortgages, she has helped hundreds of first time buyers secure their first home. She also understands the importance of preparing for whatever life throws your way, which is why she recommends protection policies such as life, critical illness, and income protection to her clients.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, watching women's football, running, playing netball and just generally being active.
Having worked in the banking and financial services industry since 1990, Scott joined Bluechip Financial in 2014. He was in the corporate sector for many years, working with NatWest, John Charcol, and Savills (SPF Private Clients), where he was most recently Associate Director.
Scott is an experienced broker, specialising in HMO lending and short-term finance for investors. He also actively advises on residential mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages, refurbishment, and development finance.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his boys, socialising with friends and family, and motorsport when time allows!
Tracy has been with Bluechip Financial since 2012, coming from experience within the finance and property industry she is able to support the team in various aspects. Currently, Tracy works to support the admin team, assists in compliance and helps with the general running of the office.
Having been here the longest, she knows Bluechip Financial inside and out which helps her alter ego Derek - the maintenance man!
In her spare time, Tracy enjoys reading and caring for her pets.
