As CEO and Founder, Adam is responsible for leading the strategic direction of Aerospares 2000. With over 20 years experience in the aviation industry, under his leadership the company has grown from a start-up business to a globally respected supplier of aircraft spare-parts providing 24/7 AOG rapid response to over 250 airlines and MRO's worldwide.
Adam has a life-long passion for all things aviation related and is a qualified private pilot.
He earned a BSc. in Business from Manchester Metropolitan University and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

As Logistics & Quality Manager, Cristian is responsible for ensuring that the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the organisation together with overseeing a world class customer on-time delivery performance. Prior to Aerospares, Cristian spent five years as a quality control engineer at Panasonic.
Outside of work, his personal interests are centred around his two sons and their activities. Cristian received his Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from the University of Iasi.
As Global Sales Director, Gabor manages a successful commercial team and is responsible for world-wide sales. He is truly passionate and dedicated to ensuring the company provides an industry leading, 24/7 customer service. With almost 20 years of experience in rotable spare-part sales, Gabor has a deep industry knowledge and extensive relations throughout the globe.
Gabor is an avid Diosgyor FC and Bayern Munich supporter. He is a qualified Special Constable and enjoys supporting initiatives in the local community.
As the CFO at Aerospares 2000, Martin is responsible for all of the company's financial functions, including accounting, audit and treasury. His career spans over 25 years in financial management and strategic planning for high growth businesses in aviation, manufacturing and technology industries. Prior to Aerospares, Martin spent 5 years with an innovative high growth VC backed technology company and before that 18 years in the US as Finance Director for a number of small-medium sized companies with PE and Private ownership.
Outside of work Martin enjoys all things football including coaching various youth teams over the last 15 years. Martin is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), received his BSc from Hallam University and his MBA from Heriot Watt University.
Heading up the MRO Department, Rickin is responsible for the management of all subcontracted repairs to maintenance facilities world-wide whilst ensuring they meet the high standards of reliability and conformity to in-house and customer quality requirements.
In addition to developing strong relations with OEMs and independent repair shops, Rickin champions efficiencies throughout the department and supplier base in order to provide our customers with reduced turn around times and a first class service.
Rickin is a keen cricketer and has represented a few local teams. He also has an interest in sports cars, especially the ones made in Germany!
