With almost 30 years' experience in the service department, Dean has worked for Ford dealers as a technician since leaving school. Originally, Dean started with Aberdare Ford in 1996 and achieved his qualification as a master technician. After a short while away, he returned to us in 2009 as our service manager.

With over 40 years' experience in the car trade, Graham returned to his roots here at Aberdare Ford as the dealer principle in 2005. He started his career here at the age of 17 when the dealership was owned by W. H Baker Ltd.
With over 30 years' experience in the car trade, Simon also worked at W. H Baker's Aberdare dealership from 1986. He returned to his roots here at Aberdare Ford in 2012.
