Alexis has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Alexis focuses on small business accounting and tax return preparation. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys the beach, going to the gym, reading, and crocheting. She is also studying for her Certified Public Accountant exam. Alexis resides in Belmar, New Jersey with her dog, Hazel.

Art is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York and has more than 30 years of professional experience. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University, and W. Paul Stillman School of Business, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tax Section and of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He regularly represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and before the State of New Jersey Division of Taxation. Art was born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey. He lives in Eatontown, New Jersey with his family. Over the years, Art has held various volunteer positions with not-for-profit organizations in the capacities of treasurer and advisor. He lectures regularly before many groups discussing tax laws.

Martin Kowalski

Marty has over 25 years of experience with tax return preparation, and planning. Prior to joining our firm, he worked in the private sector with the Federal Reserve for over 15 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Ohio State University, along with his MBA from Monmouth University. Marty is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and a member of the NJCPA and AICPA Societies. Marty is a Board of Trustee member for Shrewsbury Historical Society, a member of the Chartered Global Management Association (CGMA), and a former scoutmaster. Marty lives in Shrewsbury, New Jersey with his wife.

Mary Matthews

Mary has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting concentration in tax compliance, planning, and research. She has extensive experience with personal, business, estate and gift, and trust taxation matters. She is also well versed in multi-state taxation. Mary consults with our clients on a regular basis, assisting them with tax planning and in resolving tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service and State tax authorities. Mary is a lifelong resident of New Jersey. She is a graduate of Montclair State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentration in Accounting. Mary lives in Bayville, New Jersey with her family.

Matthew Polacco

He graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting… and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Matt specializes in accounting and auditing services for small business clients. His areas of concentration include small business accounting and financial reporting. Matthew lives in Brick, New Jersey with his family. He is the treasurer of the Lions Club of Brick Township and in 2011 was named a "Melvin Jones Fellow" for his dedication to community service.
