Working with many successful real estate investors and brokers inspired Brian to create his own property investment firm in 2005. His career began by developing and investing in smaller properties around the City of Los Angeles, some of which he still currently owns and manages today. When Brian moved to Ventura County in 2008, he transitioned to multi-family brokerage to serve the local multi-family market. He is a tenacious prospector, personally speaking with hundreds of local property owners on a weekly basis. His experience and success make him well-versed in discussing the current market, future trends, and working with investors to exceed their goals. Every effort is made to introduce sellers to the most qualified and sincere buyers willing to pay competitive market prices. Brian has been a licensed California Real Estate broker/agent since 2003. He received a BA degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). While in college, he interned at North American Title and Escrow Company and attended many real estate investment analysis courses at UCLA. After UCSB, Brian worked at Sperry Van Ness, where he co-brokered the sale of several properties before capitalizing on his passion for starting his own multi-family investment and brokerage company.
