Beverly Crowell is the Managing Partner at Designed Learning overseeing operations, sales, and marketing. She is also an experienced facilitator, speaker, consultant, and author specializing in the areas of business operations, organization, employee, and human resources development. Her career spans a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, government, aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services. Her 15 years of experience as an external organizational development consultant, internal Talent Management leader, and independent business consultant enables her to help organizations synthesize information in a way that is incredibly insightful and brings to light interesting views that challenge and stretch others to think about people, process and planning differently. Beverly has worked with an extensive list of Fortune 500 clients providing a range of organizational development work, including strategic talent management, employee engagement and retention, career development, executive and professional coaching, business planning and marketing strategy, content and product development, and psychometric assessments. Beverly is also a noted speaker presenting at The Conference Board's Employee Engagement and Retention Conferences, The Talent Management Council and numerous corporate leadership meetings and events. She is a contributing author to The Talent Management Handbook and Coaching for Leadership: Writings on Leadership from the World's Greatest Coaches. Beverly received a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Journalism in Broadcasting from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Originally from Oklahoma, Beverly now lives in Merritt Island, Florida, with her husband Tom and is a proud mother of her two children, Jacob and Rebecca.

Chris Witt functions as director of client relations for Designed Learning, Inc. and is also part of the business development team. He joined the organization in September of 2011. As part of the sales team, Chris seeks and pursues opportunities to promote Flawless Consulting® and other Designed Learning solutions to companies and organizations seeking to improve their effectiveness, make better use of staff expertise and create a culture of partnerships that helps them achieve desired organizational outcomes. He is a graduate of Miami University and based in Oxford, Ohio.

Jeff Evans is a Senior Partner at Designed Learning and oversees delivery, product quality, and managing our team of international consultants. He's been partnering with Designed Learning for over 25 years and has delivered training in more than ten countries to a diverse set of organizations and participants, including engineers, managers, manufacturing executives, healthcare professionals, human resources, and IT. Jeff has a rich background in organizational development and leadership. He excels at identifying and accelerating strategic measures that strengthen performance with sustained, operational results. He understands the dynamics of change leadership to produce business redesigns and cultural transformation. He began his career in engineering and quality assurance for NASA where he evolved his expertise in transformational change, strategic planning, organizational assessment, and training design/delivery. He spent nine years as an internal organizational development consultant at Chrysler. During that time, he had the opportunity to work with leadership at all levels to develop and implement strategy, performance management systems, and leadership development programs. Jeff ventured into the healthcare industry, where he spent five years at The Cleveland Clinic as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and executive coach. In this role, he built and led a team of internal consultants who utilized the principles and practices of Flawless Consulting to have impact with their clients. Jeff holds his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Jeff resides in his hometown of Elyria, Ohio.

Katie Wacek provides strategic and tactical marketing support to Designed Learning. She has extensive experience in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies for global, thought-leader organizations within the talent management and human capital areas. She holds an MBA from the University of St Thomas. Katie resides in Sandia Park, New Mexico, with her husband Scott and their beloved pets Zia and Sky.

Keith Arcuragi is a Business Office Associate at Designed Learning responsible for workshop fulfillment including materials delivery and translations, course evaluations, and logistical support for our clients and consultants prior to a session. Keith also provides office and technical assistance through data collection and analysis, stack maintenance, website modifications, and marketing and sales systems support.

Maggie Rogers describes herself as the "Inc" of Peter Block Inc. She joined Peter in 1997, and since then has been instrumental in giving order and follow through to Peter's commitments to writing, speaking, local Cincinnati projects and connections in his networks of relationships. Her work with Peter was first in his organizational consulting practice, and now is in his work in building social capital in communities. She also provides administrative support to Designed Learning special projects. In 2005, Maggie decided to follow her passion for sailing and risk adventure over safety. For several years, she spent six months each year on a sailboat in the Caribbean, performing her work from the boat in every country she visited. Now Maggie spends winters in Florida, with the boat docked in the backyard, and summers in Mystic, Connecticut, where she first met Peter.

Maya Mehta began working with Designed Learning as a Communications and Community Engagement Consultant in 2021. Starting in 2023, she joined the team full-time as a Marketing Specialist. Maya's professional joy comes from storytelling, convening, and creative production. Holding a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The New School, she believes wholeheartedly in the power of the word to bring about positive transformation. Her background is in human rights and media, which moves her to use language, visual design, and journalism as tools for social change. For over ten years, her work has focused on creating a safe space for the stories of individuals to emerge and bringing visibility to projects focused on radical human rights education, systems change, and civic engagement. She has led Marketing and Communications teams for major international organizations and grassroots projects in New York, Fiji, and Brazil. Her work incorporates practices of collective narrative, participatory media, and generative journalism. Originally from Maryland, Maya lives with her husband and cat in the beautiful Sierra just outside of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Patricia Mucci is the Business Manager for Designed Learning. Her main responsibilities include overseeing contracts, financials, scheduling, and inventory. Patricia has been a member of Designed Learning since 1988 and resides in Greenacres, Florida, with her husband Ayman.

Ryan Nicley is the owner of Simpletech LLC providing IT support to Designed Learning and its staff. Ryan is instrumental in providing guidance and supporting the company's IT protocols to ensure the security of our systems for the clients we serve.

Sharon Donald supports the Designed Learning sales team as the Client Engagement Coordinator handling workshop logistics for contracted sessions and responding to client requests for support and information. Sharon joined the team in 2019 and currently resides in Clarkston, Michigan.
