SHIMMERING LOTUS YOGA

Shimmering Lotus Yoga was created by Pam Varga, a dedicated yogini who has been practicing yoga since 2001. Pam is a certified yoga teacher, who received her 200YTT at Synergy Movement in Oshawa, under the mentorship of Ruth Dargan. Ruth is well-known and respected throughout the yoga community, and is the founder of the Yoga Conference, a yearly gathering in Toronto of well-known yoga people from around the world... Shimmering Lotus Yoga is located in Oshawa, Ontario. Our home studio provides a warm, and nurturing environment in which to deepen your yoga practice... At Shimmering Lotus Yoga, our alignment-based approach is focused on the proper positioning of the body and spine in all asanas, while connecting to the breath. Breathing is the force behind yoga and we work towards letting the breath move the body.
