Jason Bencze, proud owner of Skookum Sacffolding Ltd. An aboriginally owned and operated scaffolding company, serving the Lower Mainland. Jason Bencze, started in the industry over 15 years ago working with a local scaffolding company in their yard and loading gear on trucks. His strong work ethic and determination to better his career meant he moved quickly to "ground guy" where he hauled gear and helped experienced scaffolders (his best teachers) to build custom jobs. It wasn't long before Jason was on the tools and became obsessed with finding the most efficient and innovative ways to build. His passion for the craft impressed customers, colleagues and management and soon Jason became Foreman and eventually Site Supervisor and Estimator. Over the years Jason has managed crews of up to 70 employees and worked in all sectors including industrial, commercial and residential. He understands the importance of safety and safe building practices and has made this his first priority at Skookum Scaffolding Ltd. Jason prides himself on his ability to quote jobs accurately, on budget and on time. He has a solid reputation and is trusted by contractors and business people across all industries.
