Amy Sutcliffe

Amy leads on all our fundraising, connecting supporters to the women we help and ensuring that we're still here for the women tomorrow, the day after, and the day after that. "Women's voices must be heard, their disadvantages understood and provided for. So we input into national research, present to strategic groups, advocate to other services and work with media and supporters to highlight their hidden needs. We fight to make sure they're not overlooked."

Anastasia Blaize

Anastasia has worked in various roles within Mental Health Services for 15 years ensuring the embedding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. She is also an accredited mediator.

Claire Edgar

Claire is a registered social worker with over 15 years' experience in both children's and adult social care. She has worked across both the voluntary and statutory sectors.

Fiona Parfitt

Fiona has over 30 years working in HR in a variety of roles, supporting operational and change management in the public sector.

Jacquie Goozee

A Social Policy and Women's Studies graduate, Jacquie brings career experience in the field of Corporate Communications and PR; as well as an understanding of Addiction & Recovery services. Jacquie divides her time between London and Bristol, and is Mum to four children.

Jenny Riley - CEO

Formerly One25's operations manager of five years and with ten years' prior experience in Bristol's homelessness sector, Jenny was appointed CEO in 2022.

Josie Thurston

Karen Black

Karen has worked in leadership roles within the local voluntary sector. Her background is in services for young people and families, mental health and supporting those affected by substance misuse. With over twenty years' experience in the voluntary sector, she has a focus on developing and delivering services for those with complex needs and she is passionate about sustained system change and partnership working.

Katie Sloggett

Katie has 18 years' experience across the human resources field, gained from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Lynn Gibbons

Lynn has over 12 years experience in Public Health, most recently in a local authority setting, and has held a strong focus on the wider determinants of health and tackling inequalities.

Matt Bentley - Treasurer

Matt spent over 15 years working for various social landlords before retraining as a chartered accountant. He has extensive experience of working with a wide range of organisations from across the private, public and voluntary sectors.

Melody Brown

Melody is a solicitor in private practice with over 15 years experience in family law. She is an accredited children's law specialist and has also provided pro bono legal advice through a number of voluntary organisations in all areas of family law.

Rachel is an independent consultant working with purpose-led organisations, advising on strategy, organisation development and complex change. Rachel has extensive Board leadership experience, as executive director, non-executive director, trustee, and Chair, gained in organisations seeking to achieve positive social impact.

Rebecca Dunn

Rebecca has worked as a senior manager in local health services since 2006. She has a background in hospital general management and business planning, and now works to deliver improvements across health and care in a system transformation role.

Shiona MacPherson

Shiona has a background as a management consultant and senior fundraising manager, including five years as part of the One25 team. She now works in the NHS promoting collaboration between hospitals across the South West to improve patient care.

Stephen Rixon

Stephen is a recently retired Charted Surveyor with a career in leadership and strategic development. He has guided, mentored and empowered high performing teams to achieve commercial growth, performance improvement and business transformation gains for their clients, staff and the bottom line. As a commercially focussed director, he has invested in, transformed and grown UK and International businesses in established and emerging markets.

Zoe Davies

Zoe works in the nature conservation sector, specialising in collaboration and coalition building. She currently manages a cross-sector partnership of local authorities, NGOs and private sector organisations in the West of England with a focus on multi-partner project development and fundraising.
