Fairview Community Health Center is the safety net provider for the Bowling Green / Warren County area (and beyond). We currently serve almost 13,000 patients and in the 2019/20 fiscal year, we provided care via 40,000 patient encounters. We take most all major insurance plans as well as Medicare and Medicaid. While we are NOT a FREE clinic; we do provide a sliding scale fee structure for all self-pay patients... Fairview Health Center is a 501c3 non-profit, federally qualified health center that has served the local community since 2001. Fairview Health Center strives to adhere to the highest quality standards of patient care, regardless of patients' insurance status or ability to pay.
