CADSPEC - Key Persons
From Adrian's early days spent in the creative Art/Graphic-design industry, he has been involved in Product Design, Manufacturing and AEC sectors since 1992 when he joined the Stanford Marsh Group (SMG).
Initially a field sales role in the reprographic section, he has gone on to work throughout the entire group, from consumable sales to high-end capital equipment & CAD software. Today he sits on the Board of Directors and heads a team of industry 3D CAD/CAM and AM experts. He remains a keen advocate of personal development for himself and others.
A lifetime member of the Ashridge Alumni Network, following an extensive Leadership Program at the revered Ashridge Business School, much of Adrian's learnings are being implemented throughout SMG today.
Catherine has been working within the manufacturing and engineering industry for over eight years focusing on helping business' market their products & services.
With a keen passion for all things engineering, there is nothing more she is excited about than helping businesses push themselves forward through utilising their Autodesk CAD & CAM software.
Training as a STEM Ambassador, Catherine is also ideally placed to offer her time and enthusiasm to help bring STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) subjects to life and demonstrate the value of them in life and careers.
Since starting his apprenticeship in the early 1970's at a manufacturing company Dave has fallen in love with engineering.
Completing his HND in CAD/CAM in the 90's and from then on has never looked back. Dave has worked with companies that manufacture a wide array of products and has always followed the Autodesk portfolio of products. Its rumoured if you cut Dave in half, he'd have Autodesk inside!
Dave specialises in tailoring software, customisation and writing and supporting bespoke applications for customers.
Joe started off working in the aerospace industry, where he was an apprentice at the tender age of 17. Since then he has done sub-contract work mostly in that industry working with major OEMs.
In the early 90's he progressed in to the die and mould industry. Due to his passion for all things engineering & manufacturing Joe wanted to pass this knowledge on, and further progressed as a higher education tutor which he pursued for 7 years.
Joe has lots of experience in turning, milling & grinding and is known as the go-to technical support for Autodesk CAM products and is there offer Cadspec customers an expert level of support.

Following graduation in Mechanical Engineering Richard been involved in Design & Manufacturing for the last 20 years.
He joined Cadspec in 2010 as a Manufacturing Sales Specialist and has helped Manufacturers and Engineering organisations develop and refine their capacity to make better products.
Today he is Cadspec Sales & Business Director leading a team of industry professionals to provide our customers with the best software and manufacturing solutions.

Rob is an experienced Product Specialist with over 20 years of working predominantly in the Autodesk channel.
He is a general mechanical engineer with extensive knowledge of multiple industry sectors.
