AAIRP

The Alberta Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals is a not-for-profit professional association comprised of CIRP-designated Licensed Insolvency Trustees who have a common goal of helping individuals and businesses throughout Alberta who are facing financial difficulties. Our members are licensed and regulated by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, under the federal Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, however they are independent practitioners. AAIRP was established in 1981 to represent the distinct interests of Alberta-located CIRP/LITs and debtors.
