Chiew Yu Sarn is the Co-managing Partner of Yusarn Audrey, a specialised IP strategy and law firm which he founded in 1999. Yu Sarn's areas of practice include corporate law, intellectual property (IP) law, and technology law, with a particular focus on financial technology. He advises on ICOs, blockchain- and crytocurrency-related matters, IP-based mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, IP strategic planning and IP governance and policy, and helps his clients enhance their in-house IP management capabilities through training and coaching. He also advises companies on raising capital and financing using their IP. In recognition of his experience and expertise in the field of IP licensing and commercialisation, Yu Sarn was accredited as a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP). Yu Sarn served as the President of Licensing Executives Society (LES) Singapore from 2009 to 2010, and is currently serving as the Co-chair of the Asia-Pacific Committee of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI).

Dr. Yu Yinghui is currently Head of DBA (Finance) Programme at Singapore University of Social Sciences. She obtained her PhD in Finance from University of Hong Kong in 2006, and before joining SUSS she was a trader with a global investment bank for eight years. Dr. Yu has rich experience in financial markets, covering a wide range of products including options and structured products. She also has extensive research interests in asset pricing, alternative investments, risk management as well as technolgoy and financial innovations. Her research has been published in journals including the prestigious Journal of Finance. In SUSS, she is actively involved in Fintech teaching, leads student projects in innovations and financial inclusion, and she heads the programme of Doctor of Business Administration in Finance, which aims to help entrepreneurs and senior executives to advance further in the areas of wealth management, financial technology and innovations.

Frederick is the Chairman of Association of Crypto Currency Enterprises and Starts-ups Singapore (ACCESS). He was part of the core team in the development of the Code of Practice facilitated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and developed in consultation with The Association of Banks in Singapore and conducted the Independent Assessment Report for Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) 3rd party solutions provider. As the Director of ACCESS NODE, he developed the first Diploma in Blockchain in Singapore with PSB Academy launching in Q2 2022.

Grace is an Of-Counsel from Simmons & Simmons JWS. Grace has over a decade of experience in advising banks, asset managers and corporates on regulatory and fintech matters in Singapore and Hong Kong. A former in-house counsel at MAS, Grace regularly interacts with key regulators, is closely involved in regional regulatory reform initiatives and has led discussions with regulators on behalf of the financial services industry. She leads Simmons & Simmons JWS's regulatory fintech initiatives in Singapore in relation to licensing and payments services regulations, fintech, virtual banking, and outsourcing. Grace regularly advises a number of digital asset exchanges, brokers, issuers and other players in Asia on regulatory issues such as licensing, AML compliance, regulatory investigations, data privacy and security. She is a member of the AML Committee of the Law Society of Singapore, and a certified cybersecurity (GLEG), CIPP/A/E, CIPM professional. She is also a IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy and is a member of the IAPP Women Leading Privacy Board. She has also worked with ASIFMA to draft best practices for the development of fintech and for digital asset exchanges, and is a member of the GDF AML Working Group and the OTC Derivatives Working Group in AIMA.

Jarrod is a communications and operations professional bringing with him over 10 years of experience in organisational management in a variety of human endeavours, both commercial and non-profit. He is deeply passionate about global sustainability issues such as economic inclusion, food supply sustainability, renewable energy and youth empowerment. In line with these passions, Jarrod co-founded Tembusu Systems, an ACCESS founding member company that built Singapore's first Bitcoin vending machine and pioneered TRUST, a distributed ledger solution system inspired by and that builds upon the innovations pioneered by cryptocurrency technologies. He was also the Founding Secretary-General of ACCESS and presently still continues to serve on our board. He also recently co-founded the Mini-Telco Initiative, a de-centralised telecommunications project powered by blockchain technologies aimed at serving the underserved market segment in emerging economies. Due to his depth and breadth of experience as a serial entrepreneur and organisation builder, he is a regionally sought after speaker, trainer and consultant. He graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia with a Bachelor of Science and double majors in Biomedical Science and Microbiology. He was also notably tasked with managing the Online Communications Desk of a Presidential Candidate during the 2011 Singapore Presidential Elections.

Katherine was the Head of Global Marketing for Liquid, the world's first global cryptocurrency platform regulated in Japan, that provides high performance trading and exchange services for digital currencies. She served as the Co-Head of the Digital Currencies Subcommittee for ACCESS from 2017-2019. Katherine was the Commercial Director at Luxola Indonesia (acquired by Sephora-LVMH). Katherine spearheaded commercial initiatives across data-driven digital marketing channels to drive revenue across email, onsite, social media, paid ads, and partnerships. Previously, Katherine was the Head of Marketing at GrabTaxi and GrabCar Indonesia (now known as Grab, Southeast Asia's largest ride hailing app).

Tarik is currently VP of Regulatory Compliance and Government Relations for Crypto.com, one of the most innovative companies in the cryptocurrency field. In his role, he meets with financial regulators globally, drives licensing initiates and leads the compliance group in Asia. Tarik is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, working groups and leads the VAPG group at ACCESS Singapore cryptocurrency and blockchain industry association. Prior to Crypto.com, Tarik was with the blockchain and cryptocurrency company, Paxos and large financial institutions such as Commerzbank and JPMorgan Chase. He holds a BA from The Ohio State University and a JD from Mitchell Hamline University. Tarik is a proud native of Buffalo, NY.

Zann Kwan brings with her over twenty years of professional experience in finance and investments, of which the last seven were spent in cryptocurrency. Ms Kwan is the co-founder of Bitcoin Exchange Pte Ltd, a cryptocurrency pioneer that launched the first public bitcoin machine in Asia in early 2014. Her team also developed Itsybit, making it easier and cheaper to buy small amount of cryptocurrency. Ms Kwan has been on the board of ACCESS since 2015. She is also a fellow of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), providing support for and advice on their FinTech education and research activities. Being one of the first accounting-trained entrepreneurs in the cryptocurrency space, Zann has played an instrumental role in the development of tax regulations of digital tokens in Singapore. She has been called the "The Crypto Queen" by The Accounting and Business Magazine in 2019 for her contribution in the space. As a frequent speaker on FinTech and blockchain technology, Ms Kwan has been invited to speak in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, India and China, and has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, BBC, Channel News Asia, The Straits Times and The Business Times, among others. She has also been a keynote speaker at various cryptocurrency and blockchain conferences and events organised by leading universities, societies and financial institutions in the region. Ms Kwan was previously a vice-president in real estate investment with GIC, one of the world's largest global investors. She started her career in 1998 in financial auditing with Arthur Andersen and KPMG in Singapore and the United States. Subsequently, she worked in real estate investments in New York City, covering assets in hospitality, retail, office, industrial and mixed-used developments. She has led teams on a range of operations, such as fund-raising, deal sourcing, due diligence, asset management and disposition. Ms Kwan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, Chartered Accountant (CA, Singapore) and a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). She is also a proud mother to two young children, whom she is raising to be digital citizens.
