Beginning with the acquisition of a suite of retail stores in the main street of Grafton, NSW, Peter aimed to build a community-focused portfolio concentrating on generating regular income for investors... Initially, Clarence Property aimed to collectively mobilise capital on a regional basis to acquire profitable properties and build a property portfolio in which local people in the Northern Rivers community could invest...
