FaciliCare was established in 1991 as a division of The Nichols Team, Inc., a commercial construction company. FaciliCare's main focus was to provide facility maintenance services to those customers that The Nichols Team had built new facilities for. Ric Carley lead the charge to grow FaciliCare into a small enterprise, that evolved into a one stop shop providing building cleaning care, landscaping, snow removal and maintenance & repair services for it's customers... FaciliCare is dedicated to exceeding our customers expectations with all their facility maintenance needs. We take great pride in our professionalism, the quality of our workmanship and most importantly the relationship with our customers...
