Cinzia is Principal of Key2people where she works with clients in the Financial Services area (retail and investment banking banks, SGRs, SIMs, funds of funds, NPL/UTP portfolio management companies, financial institutions with public participation, consumer credit companies, traditional and direct insurance companies). She also works with professionals in the Legal and Communication Department (External Relations, Public Affairs and Institutional Relations, Media Relations) and the 2nd Level Control Functions (AML, Compliance, Internal Audit) cross-industry (with a particular focus on companies in the regulated sectors of energy & utilities, transport and infrastructure, private and/or with public participation) and not only for the banking and insurance sector.
Cinzia has developed and consolidated in-depth skills and knowledge of the organisational models and operating logics of players in the Financial Services sector.
She also had the opportunity to participate in start-up projects of retail and corporate banks and Fintech companies, where she made a significant contribution thanks to her industry network and knowledge of the organisational and business models of the reference sector.
She arrived in the world of Executive Search in 1998 when she started as a Researcher at a well-known international Executive Search company (the Austrian company Helmut Neumann International). After only two years, she was appointed Group Head of the Finance & Professional Services Practice and, in the same year, Research Country Coordinator (Head of the Research Department in Italy).
In 2004 she joined Key2people, where, after having coordinated the Research team for a year, from November 2005 she was Consultant for the Financial Services Practice, and then became a Senior Consultant. She is currently a Principal in the Financial Services Practice. She executes both national and international projects.
Diploma of Linguistic Maturity and degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literature, she is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Claudio Galimi is a Partner at Key2people, and is responsible for the Financial Services and Board Services Practice. He also participates in the management and development of the Real Estate & Construction and Professional Services Practice.
With more than 20 years' experience in the Financial Services industry and 10 in strategic consulting, he has been working in the Executive Search industry since 2014. He advises the main Italian financial institutions on executive search, succession planning, leadership assessment and development. Across all industries, he supports the country's leading companies, both private and public, on matters regarding corporate governance and board services.
Before joining Key2people in 2014, Claudio Galimi was a member of the Management Committee of Barclays Bank, initially as Director of the Retail Business in charge of building and developing from the ground up the commercial network in Italy (products, resources, branches), which was inexistent at the time. Subsequently, he served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Barclays Bank, Claudio was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services practice at Bain & Company, where he developed in-depth knowledge of the sector, participating in projects of a strategic and organisational nature for the country's leading financial institutions. Claudio began his professional career in 1995 at Coopers and Lybrand, where he developed strategic and process consulting skills in the Telecommunications industry in the Milan and New York offices.
He is a member of the Business Council of the College of Management Engineering of the Politecnico di Torino.
Having graduated in Management Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin, he speaks fluent English and French.

Cristiano is a Partner at Key2people, and is responsible for Industry Technology & Digital and Industry Media. He also coordinates all the Digital activities of the Advisory Practice. Cristiano has been leading the development of the Digital Practice since its inception, coordinating Executive Search activities for figures with a strong Digital & Innovation connotation for the main Media Companies, many Digital Pure Players and transversally for all the other Industries. He also conceived and developed the Digital Assessment and structured the approach to Digital Transformation paths.
Cristina has led Key2people since 2015, having been involved in the foundation of the Company and contributing her wealth of experience gained from two important companies, Olivetti and Omnitel-Vodafone.

Giorgio Rossi is a Partner of Key2people, responsible for the Business Line Advisory, the Practice that directs Management Consulting in the field of Human Capital & Organisation.
With more than 35 years in the world of Human Resources and Organisation (he has been HR Director of Olivetti System & Network, Marconi, Pirelli, Telecom Italia and Alitalia,) he has managed, on an international scale, projects related to Organisational Reorganisation, Change Management, Managerial Development, Restructuring, M&A, High-Tech Start-up, Complex Governance.

Lodovico is a Partner of Key2people and follows clients in the Financial Services sector in the implementation of consulting projects with a particular focus on Change management, Digital transformation and Board Evaluation projects
During his career, Lodovico has developed strong skills in business, HR management and cultural change in companies with different life cycles, shareholders and markets, both B2C and Consulting.
After an experience at Unilever, he entered the consulting sector where he occupied top management positions in Hay Group, Ambrosetti and is the co-founder of Newton Management Innovation.
As Deputy General Manager of Generali for the HR, Innovation Academy, Communication, Organisation, ICT Procurement and IT Strategy areas, in 2003 he moved to financial services, one of the sectors that has seen one of the fastest digital developments with the advent of online business, and launched the Group's cultural transformation project both in Italy and abroad.

Before joining Key2people, he founded and led as CEO a start-up in the dentistry market, setting up a network of dental clinics, Since 2015 he has been General Manager of the S. Giovanni Calibita Fatebenefratelli Hospital of the Tiber Island and since 2018 General Manager of the Garofalo Group in Rome. In this context, he was Vice President of the Health Section of Unindustria Lazio.
Prior to his assignments as Executive Manager, he was Senior Manager of the Healthcare Practice at Bain & Co, where he developed an in-depth knowledge of industry processes on numerous projects of a strategic and organisational nature. Since 2019, he has been founder and advisor for start-ups related to the world of digital innovation, particularly in the field of digital health and virtual reality.
He is part of the Faculty of the Master in Organisation and Management of Healthcare Companies and Services at Altems of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and of the Master in Management of the Healthcare, Pharma and Biomed sector for the 24Ore Business School, where he transfers his know-how on Healthcare, Digital Health and Transformation to young future managers. Maria is a Principal at Key2people for the Advisory Practice, with a particular focus on Leadership and Culture projects, Change Management, Employee Value Proposition design, evolution of HR processes and work organisation methods.
During many years of experience in consultancy, Maria has developed in-depth and varied skills in the field of Human Capital, both through Executive Search activities and in the management of Advisory projects often linked to moments of transformation, for companies that are very different in terms of reference markets, culture and organisational complexity. She also has a strong knowledge of market dynamics, evolutionary trends of Digital & Innovation skills and roles, an area that she has been involved with professionally and personally for several years.
Maria started working in the HR field in 2001, in an Information Technology service company, where she was in charge of personnel selection and training. In 2007 she joined Intermedia Selection - a Middle Management company of the Key2people Group - where she took an active role as Practice Leader in the development of the Technology & Digital Practice. In recent years, she has been involved in recruiting, talent scouting, benchmarking & mapping projects for Digital and Tech areas, for international and Italian companies in different markets.
Since 2014, together with the head hunting activity, she started to deal with Assessment projects for the evaluation and development of managerial, Digital and IT skills.
Since 2018, in Key2people, she has been responsible for Advisory projects in Human Capital and Digital Transformation.

Mario is a Principal at Key2people and works with clients in Technology & Digital and Services & Infrastructure identifying talent for the Leadership Team. He is also part of the Advisory practice with a particular focus on Organisational Strategy&Design and Digital Culture projects.
During his career, Mario has developed strong skills in business, change management and organisational analysis in companies with different lifecycles, shareholders and markets, both B2C and B2B.
After an experience in Accenture, he enters the Telco sector where he occupies roles in marketing and sales management in H3G and Vodafone.
As Director of Marketing and Communications at Nexi, in 2008 he moved into financial services, one of the sectors that has seen one of the fastest digital evolutions with the arrival of electronic payments.
His last experience before joining Key2people was the digital transformation of Italiaonline, the company created from the merger of pure digital players such as Libero and Matrix with Seat Pagine Gialle. In Italiaonline he was Marketing Director and Commercial Planning and Strategy Director.
He has a degree in Economics and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in 2012.
