Ana Montes is born of English and Spanish parents and has been with La Costa Marbella since 2004. She is extremely friendly and very helpful, allowing her to enjoy working with clients very much. Ana forms the core of our exclusive sales & rentals departments. She speaks spanish and english fluently.
Ana Vera is our newest incorporation and has already been at La Costa Marbella for the past 5 years. She is in charge of the cleaning department, organizing a team of six cleaning ladies that always have our clients properties in an immaculate state. Marbella native, Ana is really bubbly and always in high spirits. Works very hard and does everything with great effort.

With five decades of architectural experience, he has been the company's leading in-house designer and developer ever since, having created some of the most emblematic and successful luxury projects on the Costa del Sol, as well as hundreds of individual villas.
Claudia González is Colombian-born and has lived in Spain for many years now. Very friendly and always willing to assist our clients. She works in all the various departments within the company, from property maintenance & managament, to our exclusive sales & rentals. She is fluent in spanish, english and german and has been with the company for 4 years now.
David Osorio is the heart and soul of our company. Has been with us since the year 2000 and has helped grow La Costa in many ways than one. A qualified electrician & plumber, our clients just love the way he always has a smile in his face. He is a great professional and hard worker. He is also in charge of organizing the works in the property maintence department making sure all properties are perfectly taken care of.
Máximo Álvarez-Garmón was raised in Marbella before moving to California in 1989, where he completed his schooling and university degree. He returned to Marbella to join Greenlife Estates, a partner of La Costa Marbella. In 2000 he took over the reins from his father when he was appointed CEO of La Costa Marbella. Avid golfer currently playing off 9.2 handicap, Máximo also excelled as a tennis player at University in the US, having competed in eight ATP Tour events around the world.
