Andrew Ritchie graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2020, he graduated from the University of Louisville's Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. During law school Andrew worked as an editor for Professor Russell Weaver and was a Fellow of the Ordered Liberty Program. After passing the bar in December of 2020, Andrew went on to work as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Hamilton County in the Family Law Division and then Warren County in the Child Support Division.
Jeffrey S. Hale became an attorney after serving his country in the United States Navy. While in the Navy, he earned the National Defense Service Medal for his honorable service during a period of national emergency. Upon completion of service, he enrolled in the University of Virginia and received his bachelor's degree in Political Science. Jeffrey S. Hale continued his education at Northern Kentucky University College of Law receiving his Juris Doctorate in May of 2004. After receiving his degree, Mr. Hale saw a need for affordable and effective legal representation and opened the doors of Kroener Hale Law Firm.
Mr. Hale is an experienced litigator who has a wide range of practice area experience, including abnormal banking transactions, financial misconduct, income and tax manipulation, commercial contract disputes, business formation and complex settlement negotiation in high conflict cases. Mr. Hale passionately represents the best interests of his clients and works to get them the best possible outcome for their case. Lanie Bliss is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati Ohio. She graduated from Indian Hill High School and the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. After college, she graduated as an OPOTA Certified Police Officer with the Cincinnati Police Department. Her first assignment was in District One, patrolling the Over-The-Rhine and the West End neighborhoods. After several years on patrol, she was promoted as a Detective in the Personal Crimes Unit where she investigated rape allegations. She was elected as the Treasurer of the Fraternal Order of Police #69, and was also elected as the President of the Ladies Police Auxiliary. Upon leaving CPD, she obtained a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Cincinnati.
Lanie comes with a wide range of investigatory skills. She has been instrumental in aiding the attorneys with criminal investigations on behalf of our clients. She is passionate about criminal rights and strives to be the best Paralegal.
Lanie has served as the Chairman of the American Cancer Society Black-Tie Gala, which raises money for cancer research.

Todd Abbott graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science before attending law school at Ohio Northern University's Pettit College of Law. After graduating in 2011, Todd joined a private practice in Fairfield, Ohio where he worked until relocating to Southeast Ohio in early 2014. While in Southeast Ohio, he worked for a small general practice firm that focused heavily on oil and gas law, real estate, family law, estate planning, and probate matters. During his career Todd has also served as an Assistant Prosecutor and Assistant Law Director for the City of Fairfield and as an Assistant Prosecutor for Monroe County, Ohio.
After spending eight years in Southeast Ohio, Todd decided to return to the Cincinnati area to serve the communities where he grew up and spent the early part of his career. He joined the Team at Kroener Hale Law Firm in August 2022, bringing with him a breadth of experience in multiple areas of law.
