Alan is a Founding Director of the Nucleus Venture Partner Group, the parent company of Onwave.
Starting out as a section engineer, Alan spent many years as the Managing Director of Servigroup before working as a board-level consultant for Mouchel and Creagh Concrete Products.
Alan is currently CEO for Onwave's sister company SourceDogg, an e-procurement platform.

Chris is a Chartered Surveyor with a background in major Civil Engineering projects across the UK.
Chris joined Onwave as Commercial Manager in June 2020 from his previous role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at BAM Nuttall.
Chris is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors & Member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors
Iain joined Onwave in 2012 with over 30 years of experience in the Telecoms industry.
Iain is Onwave's Senior Network Engineer responsible for the design, engineering and management of Onwave's network operations, as well as product development, testing and solution design.
Jade joined Onwave in 2017, after graduating with an MChem degree from the University of Hull. Since then she has developed internal processes and procedures, aided product development projects, coordinated bid and tender submissions, marketing improvements with the redesign of the corporate website.
Jade's roles has now developed into supporting our Customers achieve their business goals and aspirations as Customer Success Manager.

Jay is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has delivered major infrastructure projects in a variety of sectors including Highways, Water, Energy, Maritime and Nuclear.
Jay joined Onwave as Chief Operating Officer in November 2019 from his previous role as Operations Manager at BAM Nuttall.
Jay is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation and the Chartered Management Institute.

Jonathan has nearly 30 years of experience working with safety-critical systems, bringing a wealth of knowledge to Onwave when he joined the team in 2017.
Jonathan brings software development and electronics design skills to the team, as well as experience of supporting Microsoft, Apple, Google and Amazon devices in an enterprise environment. He is also a Certified Ethical Hacker.

Joining the team in 2016, Mathew was appointed to Network Operations Manager.
Mathew has over 15 years of experience working for various departments within the NHS and 8 years of experience in Royal Navy Submarines, bringing a wealth of knowledge and skills in IT delivery and network engineering to the Onwave team.

Rory started out as a Management Consultant, using SAP and Oracle Apps to assist with Blue Chip organisations' business process re-engineering projects.
Since then he has worked at several start-ups in Telecoms, Publishing, Digital Marketing and Mobile Internet, before joining Onwave in 2014 as the Technical Account Manager.

Rosemarie is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and she has been working as a Financial Controller for Onwave since 2011.
She is also Treasurer of Mullingar St Patricks Day Committee.

Sean is one of the Founding Directors of the Nucleus Venture Partner Group, the parent company of Onwave.
In 2006, Sean founded Servirail/Servigroup (later acquired by Mouchel Parkman) and was it's chairman for over a decade.
Stuart has held various management and director positions with some of the UK's largest engineering companies.
Stuart became the Managing Director of Onwave in 2011 and has played a key role in developing the company into the success it is today.
Susanne joined Onwave in 2012, applying her background in Learning and Development to run the company's Operations department.
During her consulting career, she worked on various projects in Central Government, including the former Department of Trade & Industry, UK Trade & Investment and the Home Office/UK Border Agency.
