Phil is very active in the appraisal industry, having the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation with the American Society of Appraiser (received in 1977) and is currently the First Vice President and Chairman of the Real Property Programs with the Greater Miami Chapter No. 46. Phil was the chapter president from 1981 to 1982 and then from 2002 to 2004... Phil is an Adjunct Faculty Member with Miami Dade College and is one of only two active real estate appraiser instructors in Miami Dade College, teaching the continuing education classes for appraiser renewing their appraisal license... Phil is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with the State of Florida. His certification number is RZ 81. He also has an active Florida real estate broker's license (License No. BK 83708) and the General Appraiser Instructor's license with the state of Florida (License No. GA 1000090).
