PONDEROSA DENTAL ARTS - Key Persons

In 1994, Amie graduated Oregon Health Sciences University with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. She loves being part of the Ponderosa team because she has the opportunity to provide thorough, quality dental hygiene services to the team's deserving patients. Outside the office, Amie enjoys attending her children's sporting events, gardening, and walking her dog.

Dr. Eric Berkner found he had a passion for helping people from a young age, and channeled this passion through his studies of dentistry. Originally from Virginia, he has made Oregon his home since falling in love with the Pacific Northwest after studying at OSU and then OHSU for his doctorate. Dr. Berkner started Ponderosa Dental Arts in 2013, after a 2-year fellowship with a mentor in Missoula, Montana. A member of the Oregon Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and American Dental Association (ADA), Dr. Berkner is active in the community, and is constantly furthering his education on his patient's behalf, to ensure that the best and most modern solutions are available to them. Dr. Berkner loves being able to help the wonderful patients in his practice, but still enjoys finding time to reach out to the less fortunate to provide pro-bono work through a variety of charitable organizations. When he is not at work helping others, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and spending time with his lovely wife Molli and their two children, Henry & Hayley.
