Dr. Jacob M. Mwanza is a Chairman at Investrust Bank Plc, a Chairman at Pangaea Securities Ltd., a Chancellor at University of Zambia and a Non-Executive Chairman at Zambeef Products Plc.

Joseph Simbaya is a Research Fellow / Director of the Institute of Economic and Social Research. He has over 20 years of professional experience in social science research. He has undertaken various assignments as a Lead Researcher/Principal Investigator. Dr. Simbaya is a Medical Anthropologist, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Expert and Gender Specialist. He holds a PhD in Medical Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands, a Master of Arts in Gender Studies and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Zambia. His recent assignments have involved evaluating the national response to HIV, including evaluating the impact of the national PMTCT programme. He is currently engaged in a number of studies evaluating the effect of Covid-19 on urban and rural livelihoods in Zambia.

Chuma Himonga is a Professor of Law, School of Law University of Zambia (UNZA). She is also professor of Law Emeritus, University of Cape Town where she worked until her retirement in 2017 and a member of the College of Fellows of the University of Cape Town.

Prof. Thomson Kalinda, who currently works in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension is involved in the core activities of the university: teaching, research and community service.
