Ben joined Blue Sky IT in 2022, while studying at TAFE. He has currently completed his CERT III in digital information and technology and started his CERT IV in cyber security. Working on Blue Sky IT's help desk is giving Ben real world experience and advancing his knowledge and experience. Ben loves learning, whether it's on the job, or picking up new skills and tricks to improve his gaming.
Daniel joined Blue Sky IT in 2017, bringing over two decades of IT support experience. He loves the challenge of dealing with clients from a wide range of industries with different needs and challenges. When not on the job he likes to get out from behind the computer screen to fish, camp and have fun with his family.
Daniel joined Blue Sky IT in 2021, bringing over 25 years of IT support and administration experience. Having worked with in-house IT departments and IT service providers, he has a broad understanding of the technical solutions available to solve almost any problem. He provides expert advice to clients as well as planning, testing and implementing solutions.
Dylan joined Blue Sky IT in 2022 with a CERT IV in IT and over 6 years professional experience. He thrives on the challenge of solving client problems and is a master in delivering solutions that add value. As well as being a "big ol nerd" (his words, not ours), Dylan is a husband and father of two who loves video games and movies.
Shantelle joined Blue Sky IT in 2018, to provide administrative and accounting support to the growing business. She brings a Diploma in Management and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring that the business keeps ticking while the technical team focus on our clients. She loves supporting local businesses to grow and adapt. A farm-girl at heart, Shantelle enjoys spending time with horses and sharing the outdoors with her family.
Will founded Blue Sky IT in 2013, with a decade of IT support expertise already under his belt. He loves working with clients to transform and refine systems to work seamlessly, making business owners lives easier and their businesses more productive. When he isn't working to make technology work, he loves AFL, cricket and time with his young family.
