Anthony began his water industry career with Clover in 2018, and has become a specialist in technical works on pipelines, water/sewer treatment plants and pump stations. He works within the estimating team, mostly concentrating on mid to large scale projects in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. Passionate but logically minded, Anthony is known for his ability to solve problems while finding a balance between innovation and catering to customers' exacting requirements. Brad Grudgfield

With more than 24 years' experience within the civil infrastructure industry, Brad continues to grow his relationships and connections through his role at Clover. Over the course of his career, he has gained on the job experience in both sales and management positions at some of the country's largest suppliers of pipeline infrastructure. Proactive and flexible, Brad specialises in providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients. While his ability to multi-task sees him work across all areas of the business, one of his greatest strengths is maintaining relationships from supportive clients across every step of his career. With a strong background in creative and direct sales, there's no greater indicator of a satisfied client than repeat business months, or even years, down the road. As General Manager, Brad's energetic leadership style sees him provide direction and motivation to his team. Bryan Hinson

Bryan's career within the civil infrastructure market is built on a strong foundation. Working across a variety of roles in national organisations, Bryan has developed expertise in sales management, contract negotiation and new business. Driven and professional, Bryan focusses on looking outside the box to create solutions for his clients. He's spent his career learning on the job and has diversified his experience working side by side with civil contractors, water authorities and local councils. Bryan also has experience within distribution centers and out on the field-working as an onsite service representative to support the training and installation of pipeline products. His time on site has supported his technical understanding and grown his appreciation for quality products, with expertise in PVC, PE, PP, DI Sewerage, Water Reticulation and PP Stormwater installations. Integrity and communication are key to Bryan's industry relationships, while customer satisfaction and repeat business are his key indicators of success. Clinton Van-Zyl

Hailing from South Africa, Clinton he has worked on multi-million dollar projects throughout Africa - in Namibia, Zambia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Possessing more than 13 years of experience, he comes to Clover with a strong track record in business development in the mining and resources industry, as well as the construction and civil sectors. He has extensive experience working with piping products, and has previously specialised in polyethylene piping installation. His Bachelor of Business Administration (majoring in Business Management and Communication Science) has held him in good stead, but Clinton says his best education has been practical, including site and factory visits, observing and conducting installations, and extensive on-the-job training. Hard-working and team-oriented, Clinton says he loves working in a fast-paced environment and is proud of Clover's diverse product and service offering. Bringing international experience in business development, specializing in polyethylene piping, Clinton joins fast-paced Clover with a passion for their diverse offerings.

Daniela Suller

Daniela brings comprehensive industry experience, clear and effective communication, and meticulous organisational skills to Clover through her role in Client Services. Daniela's role is variable-encompassing everything from processing product orders and liaising with dispatch, through to coordinating multiple stakeholders through all stages of a project lifecycle-and her skillset is equally diverse. With extensive experience and key capabilities in the civil engineering sector, Daniela draws on skills gleaned through working with large multi-disciplinary teams. David manages the entire life-cycle of projects: working directly from engineering plans, to managing logistics and onsite delivery. His integral client-first approach is paired with insightful product knowledge, allowing him to specify complete package solutions that exceed client expectations. At Clover, David appreciates the freedom to work autonomously within a team of dedicated professionals. He takes a nimble approach to his work while collaborating with experts across our entire team. His role at Clover's Victorian branch encompasses business development, presenting expert knowledge on product, and promoting our range of pipeline solutions to clients. His experience sees him work closely with authorities and installers to offer solutions whilst creating new opportunities. With a diploma in marketing and experience working within large, specialised teams, Frank utilises his business nous in logistics, production and sales to add value to our major projects and ongoing day-to-day services by establishing strong industry relationships and leveraging existing ones. Frank builds trust and rapport with customers, and delivery beyond expectations when it comes to service, quality and product innovation. He cites integrity, new perspectives and referral business as signals of successful relationships, and continues to grow them as part of his career. Frank shares 30 years' experience with the team at our Victorian Office through his capability as an Account Executive.
