Graeme Macpherson

After both summering and completing his articles with Gowling WLG, Graeme joined up as an associate in the Ottawa office. His practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on condominium law. As a large part of his practice, Graeme advises and assists condominium corporations, unit owners, boards of directors and property managers with a number of matters including collections, disputes and the drafting/interpretation of governing documents.

Nailah Ramsoomair

Nailah Ramsoomair is an associate in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practising in the Advocacy Group. Nailah's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on condominium law as well as estates and capacity litigation. Nailah frequently publishes on current and complex condominium matters for CondoAdviser.ca. She also regularly takes part in condominium law webinars as a panelist. Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Nailah articled at a full-service law firm in Ottawa. She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa's French Common Law Program. While in law school she worked as a research assistant, completed legal internships for not-for-profit organizations and worked with various departments of the Government of Canada.

Rod Escayola

Rod is a bilingual lawyer with vast experience in condominium law, representing condominium corporations, directors, owners and property managers. He co-founded the Condominium Directors Group, a forum where directors can network and share knowledge and experience on key topic of interest. Rod is also an elected director at his own condominium. He has published numerous articles, has been often quoted in various condominium magazines and is regularly asked to speak on condominium issues to property managers, directors and lawyers. Rod is a former director of CCI-Eastern Ontario. Rod retired from the military, after 18 years of service with the Canadian Forces.
