The Hitchcock name and business goes all the way back to 1905 when Frank Hitchcock established the Hitchcock Gas Engine Company. For the last 116 years, what started with the manufacturing of gas marine engines has evolved into Hitchcock Marine. This business has been the pride of the Brown Family since John Brown, Sr purchased the company in 1920. Today we cater to the recreational boaters here on Long Island Sound.
