George is holding the position of Senior Management Consultant in the Group Cybersecurity Division of National Bank of Greece S.A.. He has 30+years of international experience in Governance, Risk, Compliance andProgram/Project Management in the Banking Sector. He managed successful international projects implementing Banking Software as a Senior Business Consultant/Project Manager in Multinational Banks in EMEA Region and served as a Precinct/Venue IT Services Manager, with Atos-the IT Chief Integrator-in Athens 2004 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Throughout his career has worked for CITIBANK, ABN-AMRO, PIRAEUS Bank Group, Omega Bank and TEMENOS Global Services in various positions in the IS/IT, Business Consulting and Operational Risk Management domains.
George is a CIS Graduate from W.P Carey School of Business of Arizona State University with a specialization in Information Management, ITIL Expert, CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, ISC2 CC, Prince2P, COBIT5F certified and is actively involved in a number of international Institutions and Associations such as BoD Chair of ITSMF Hellas, Co-founder and past BoD Member of the PMI Greece Chapter, and past Audit Committee Chair of ISACA Athens Chapter. He is also an invited speaker in national and international conferences and specialized events organized by ISACA Athens Chapter, ITSMF Hellas, ITSDFI and Boussias Communications.

Ο κ. Μιχάλης Μωραΐτης είναι ιδρυτικό και διοικητικό μέλος του οργανισμού EuroDigital στις Βρυξέλλες, ιδρυτικό μέλος και αντιπρόεδρος του Ελληνικού CIO FORUM και ο Πρόεδρος του Ελληνικού Ινστιτούτου Πληροφορικής & Επικοινωνίας του Ελληνικού Οργανισμού Διαχείρισης (ΕΙΠ). Είναι επίσης μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της ΕΕΔΕ. Έχει σχεδόν τρεις δεκαετίες εμπειρίας ως εκτελεστικό μέλος στις ελληνικές και παγκόσμιες αγορές πληροφορικής με αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα να επιτυγχάνει βασικούς στόχους, επιχειρηματικές μεταρρυθμίσεις και πρωτοβουλίες βελτιστοποίησης με στόχο τη μετατροπή επιχειρησιακά προβληματικών οργανώσεων. Έχει χειριστεί με επιτυχία πολλά σημαντικά και σύνθετα έργα και έχει τιμηθεί με πολλές διακρίσεις για το έργο του.
Διαθέτει επίσης εκτενή γνώση IT / IS και μεγάλης κλίμακας έργα και θεωρείται ως οραματιστής CIO από την άποψη του ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού. Κατείχε διάφορες εκτελεστικές θέσεις στον τομέα των συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών με την Andersen Consulting / Accenture και την Ernst & Young, εξυπηρετώντας επίσης εκτενώς τον εμπορικό τομέα (αυτοκινητοβιομηχανία, λιανικό & χονδρικό εμπόριο, ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο, ένδυση, υγειονομική περίθαλψη και υπηρεσίες), στην Yokohama Ελλάδας, την Deutz Fahr Ελλάδας, στο Νοσοκομείο ΥΓΕΙΑ, και στην koolfly.com.
Ο Μιχάλης, στο παρελθόν, είχε καθήκοντα καθηγητή στο Πανεπιστήμιο της Ινδιανάπολης και σε άλλα διεθνή πανεπιστήμια και ιδρύματα.
Stamatis Passas is a graduate of the Department of Physics of the School of Science and Technology of the University of Crete, Greece and holds two postgraduate degrees - one on Computer Studies (United Kingdom, University of Essex) and one on Business Administration (Greece, Hellenic Open University).
Currently, he works as an IT GRC Specialist of a financial institution of the country, while in the past he has worked as an analyst / developer in portfolio and retail companies. During his career, he has received accredited IT certifications.
He has been a member of ISACA Athens Chapter Board of Directors, where he has been actively involved for years, providing communications services with remarkable distinctions. He has been a speaker at conferences / seminars (ISACA Athens Chapter, Money Show, SED, itSMF Hellas, etc.), a lecturer at seminars of professional institutes (Hellenic Institute of Insurance Studies, Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors) and a mentor in actions of Athens University of Economics and Business (Job - Pairs @ AUEB). He has a writing experience, composing his thoughts/knowledge in journals and newsletters in Greek and English language, with his latest contribution at the work of European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (Cyber Insurance: Recent Advances, Good Practices and Challenges) & ISACA International (ISACA Privacy Principles & Program Management Guide).
