The Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation (LCEC) is the national energy agency for Lebanon. LCEC is a not-for-profit organization within the Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water (MEW) with a financially and administratively independent statute. LCEC acts as the technical arm of the Lebanese Government and specifically the Ministry of Energy and Water in all issues related to energy efficiency and renewable energy.
