Within the UBC Divisions of Cardiology & Cardiovascular Surgery, our large team of highly-trained cardiologists and cardiac surgeons work closely with allied health professionals to provide exemplary cardiac care to patients across the province... We provide a wide range of general and specialized cardiac services, including ambulatory and inpatient consultative cardiology, cardiac intensive care, cardiac transplantation and ventricular assist, interventional and structural cardiology, electrophysiology, among other specialty clinics. We also offer a full spectrum of diagnostic investigations... The Divisions have a large research focus on developing innovative therapies, procedures, and technologies. Through our world-renowned Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery residency programs and our Subspecialty Fellowship Programs, we provide exceptional training to developing physicians on both a national and international level.
