With over 20 years' serviced office experience, Jane - an integral and long-standing member of the UBCUK team - has extensive knowledge of the market with a strong sales and marketing background.
She developed the company's sales division and presence in the North of England before progressing to nationwide Sales and Marketing, and is now responsible for the National Sales Office as well as company-wide marketing and branding.
Karen is a highly experienced operations professional with a strong reputation for supporting, driving and delivering growth. She first worked in the flexible workspace industry in 2002 when she joined Basepoint as a Centre Manager and progressed within the company to Regional, Systems and Operations Manager where she supported the transition following the sale to IWG (Regus) in 2017 and was then asked to take the role of Operations Director for IWG in Central London.
Karen is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of all UBCUK serviced office locations.

All the requests we made, especially with the setting up, room size and facilities for this training nothing was too much trouble for the team to organise and in fact on occasions they went over and above what we had requested in the service they provided making both the trainer and trainees feel very welcome. Since our first meeting we have built up a strong relationship with the team in the Cirencester office to the point where we automatically contact them if we have any off site training, even at short notice, and they will do their utmost to accommodate us.

Richard has over 19 years' experience in the serviced office industry, and joined UBCUK in 2008.
With UBC Richard has held the positions of Area Manager, National Operations Director and latterly Property and Acquisitions Director. Before that Richard gained significant sales and operations experience with another, larger serviced office provider. In his current role, Richard has overall responsibility for the running and growth of the business.

With over 30 years' experience in Finance, Sharon is a safe pair of hands to head up the finance office at UBC. Sharon joined the team in 2016 and quickly became a trusted member of the senior management team.
By evening and weekends Sharon is the secretary of a registered charity which looks after the buildings and grounds on a 37 acre park. She also volunteer sat a German Shepherd Dog Training Club.
