As experienced engineers, we set up Active Copier Systems because of the frustration to business owners when their printers and copiers stopped working. We made it our goal to provide outstanding systems tailored to individual businesses and the very best customer service before and after purchase... We have never tied any of our customers into contracts, in the belief that if we are doing a good job, they will never leave…so far so good! We do have contracts but only to put in black and white (and sometimes colour using our exceptional printers) the service we provide, and what you can expect from us... We've had lots of enquiries from people including existing customers panic buying laptops. As an IT provider we make sure our clients make use of what they already have. All our existing clients and most businesses we have spoken to, should be able to utilise their existing equipment to do this already.
