At the CDV5 Foundation, our mission is to help others reach their full potential and sustain long-term health and vitality. We strive to support children, families and communities in greater Grand Rapids and select communities around the world in their quest to attain the resources needed to discover and achieve their purpose in life. We believe that when each individual is given the opportunity to use his or her own unique talents and abilities to thrive, individual lives and communities are capable of positive growth... A stable family provides a solid foundation from which each individual member can gain the confidence and support to pursue his or her own potential. Through select partners, our foundation strives to help families, especially those at greater risk of failure due to their socio-economic situation, to improve their circumstances and meet their full potential.
