Anna Rose is excited to be the newest member of the crew! She is from the western pacific island of Saipan, and has always had a heart for animals, particularly sea creatures. She is new to the veterinary field but has been working in customer service since 2015, and in entertainment as an actor and Polynesian dancer since 2004. Her customer service journey actually started at the Newport Aquarium, where she performed and worked on the exhibits floor, including inside the penguin enclosure. In her free time she enjoys all creative hobbies such as drawing, painting, reading, and writing, and loves to watch Disney, Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings movies. She is very excited to meet all of your fur, scale, and feather babies!

Dr. Tony Schumann graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary medicine in 1994 with high honors. He was born and raised in Northern Kentucky where he now resides. After graduating, he went straight to work at Erlanger Veterinary Hospital, since he was a technician there prior to veterinary school. He has special interest in orthopedic surgery (ex. TTA, Tightrope), ultrasonography, and internal medicine. Dr. Schumann completed the Kyon TTA course in 2007 and has had excellent results with the procedure, having performed several hundred surgical repairs for ACL tears. Most of his limited free time is spent in the great outdoors training Labrador Retrievers for field trials.
