In November of 2008, Ed started ESG Construction Services to provide development and construction consulting services. In July of 2013, ESG moved its operation from Greater Orlando to Daytona Beach, FL and began to concentrate its focus in the coastal areas of Volusia and Flagler Counties. ESG provided CEI inspection services for 2 major road and utility improvement projects in Ormond Beach. Since December of 2013, ESG has and completed over $6 million worth of custom homes and renovations, current contracts of over $1 million to be completed in 2021 and over $2 million worth of custom homes in design for 2021-2022. With his years of experience building homes from $150,000 to over $1 million, Ed provides exceptional service and a keen eye to detail for the design and construction of your custom beach home.
