Each year GAUSSI selects up to eight NSF- supported GAUSSI (Generating, Analyzing, and Understanding Sensory and Sequencing Information) one-year fellowships that begin in the summer semester prior to the academic year. GAUSSI fellowships provide a stipend of $32,000 and tuition (fees are the responsibility of the student) for full-time graduate students at CSU who have an interest in developing their skills in analyzing large biological datasets. GAUSSI is seeking trainees who have a strong interest in collaborating with other CSU students and faculty to implement interdisciplinary work into their research plans.
