Adam Spee - CFO

Adam is a values driven professional and joined NAH in October 2019. Adam has more than 15 years of experience in public and private sector accounting positions, including 10 years in Public Sector Taxation and Audit. Adam has significant audit experience in the not-for-profit sector in the Housing, Education, Medical, Redundancy Trust and Disability services. For profit and private sector experience extends to Large Retail, Metal Fabrication, Construction and Property Development, Financial Investment, Mining and Waste Management industries. Adam has completed the Chartered Accountants Program and has 13 years of experience as a Director.

Belinda Drew

Belinda Drew National Affordable Housing Director 2020-2022 (Retired after serving a term) Belinda has over 20 years' experience in community services including 10 years as CEO of financial services organisation Foresters. Belinda has extensive experience in the area of social impact investment, she has worked across disability, homelessness, child protection and housing and holds a range of advisory and Board roles. We sincerely thank Belinda for her outstanding contribution as a Director of National Affordable Housing, and with deep appreciation of the difference Belinda's leadership has made in improving the lives of thousands of families through the provision of good quality, well located, affordable housing.

Brad Hosking

Brad Hosking National Affordable Housing Director 2009 - 2020 [Retired after serving a full 3 terms] For almost twelve years as a Director, Brad brought his diverse range of skills and expertise to National Affordable Housing. This was supported by his experience in leadership, construction and development finance, property and risk management, business development, tertiary education and community housing including as Corporate Director for Common Equity Housing Limited in Victoria. Hariet Brummelhuis - COO

Hariet is a corporate services professional with strengths in corporate governance, risk and compliance, human resources, finance, strategy, leadership, business development and transformation. Hariet is values driven and committed to providing outcomes that meet the needs of the community.

Heather Watson

Jeff Dutton

He has been associated with community housing for twenty years. Julie Laughton

Julie is a purpose driven senior executive financial officer with financial and corporate services leadership experience across diverse industries including technology, commercial development, government and not-for-profit. Julie is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and has a depth of experience across strategy and investment planning, development of highly effective business models, financial analysis, and performance reporting. As a values driven professional, Julie has held Executive and Non-Executive Director roles with prominent not-for-profit organizations.

Karen Smith-Pomeroy

Kate Breen BuyAssist Program Manager Kate is the current part-time program manager of BuyAssist. Kate has extensive experience in State Governments and the private sector, and has advised a range of public, private and not-for-profit entities on the inclusion of affordable housing within major projects. Kate assisted NAH establish the 'Vic100' shared equity grant program in 2018 and is now supporting the team to secure and deliver on new initiatives - supporting more people into sustainable and affordable home ownership.

Michael Schaumburg

Mike Myers - Managing Director

Mike has 38 years of experience in senior executive roles in social and affordable housing, including direct housing provision, policy development and legal and advisory services in the UK and in Australia from 1996. Mike is the Founder and Managing Director of the National Affordable Housing, one of Australia's leaders in the provision of affordable housing, with almost 4,000 dwellings built and $1.4 billion in private investment attracted.

Peter Wells

Peter is an experienced public and private sector executive, board director and university lecturer with a demonstrated history of working across government, industry and consulting. Peter's career includes significant executive and board leadership experience and he has achieved major results in key roles. With a background in large scale customer service, regulation, urban planning, transport, environment, infrastructure and managing large operational functions, Peter has also developed and implemented major reforms.
