Astrid Skarheim Onsum entered the board in May 2022, and was appointed Chairperson in May 2023. She has more than two decades of broad industrial experience, and has held a series of executive positions, CEO and board roles, in large corporations as well as start-up ventures. She has spent the majority of her career with various Aker companies. Her industrial experience include offshore and renewable energy production, mining, circular economy, digital solutions and software. Onsum was in 2021 appointed by the Norwegian Government to the expert committee for Climate Friendly Investments. Onsum currently also sits on the board of directors of global mining productivity player, Epiroc AB, listed on Stockholm Nasdaq, the board of offshore and maritime engineering and construction player Seatrium Ltd., listed in Singapore and Norwegian biodiversity start-up, Spoor a.s. Onsum holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University for Technology and Science (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway.
Erik Ålgård has served as Board Member since 2016 and is also member of the audit committee. He has extensive board and management experience from numerous board positions, as well as 9 years as CEO at Ålgård Holding AS, 7 years as co-founder of Sprettert, 2 years as investment professional at Lindsay Goldberg Nordic. Previously he was a consultant at McKinsey & Co for 4 years. Mr. Ålgård holds a Master of Science in Management from EMLyon Busines School (exchange University of St. Gallen) and Bachelor in computer science (artificial intelligence) from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology NTNU (exchanges University of Oslo, James Cook University, Tec de Monterrey Guadalajara).

Erik Ålgård has served as Board Member since 2016 and is also member of the audit committee. Lars joined Nordic Unmanned as COO and Accountable Manager from Wideroe Airline, where he was VP Continuous Improvement. During the last 25 years, Lars has held various senior leadership positions in the manned aviation and aerospace industry. Experience from startups to large organizations in building new businesses, business lines and change management, supporting civil and military customers.

Per Herseth was elected to the nomination committee in 2023. He has broad experience, with a series of executive positions in large corporations as well as start-up ventures.
He has spent his career with companies like Nycomed ASA, AT Kearney, Innovation Norway, and most recently StrongPoint ASA. Herseth is also an affiliate to Dronea.lt, a Lithuanian organization, working with companies, organisations and government bodies to innovative drone solutions, research and development, performance and political processes to advance a drone ecosystem.
Having extensive experience in international business, financing, M&A and negotiations, Per is an active investor in various businesses within life science, software technology, transport, and the energy sector, and holds a major position in Nordic Unmanned.
He holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and Wisconsin School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in Asian Studies from the University of Oslo and Fudan University in China.

Siw Ødegaard has served as Board Member and Head of Audit Committee since December 2022. She has more than two decades of extensive and broad management and board experience from the tech sector, including from international businesses and listed companies. She has held executive positions like CFO and Head of IR of EcoOnline Global, CEO and CFO of Ayfie Group and CFO and EVP M&A and IR of Link Mobility Group and been on the Board of companies like Arribatec Solutions, Crayon and Link Mobility Group. She is currently Board Member and Head of Audit Committee of the listed IT consulting company Webstep ASA and is on the Board of Lexit Group, a PE owned leading Scandinavian supplier of data capture and digitalization solutions.
Ødegaard holds an IB from United World College of the Adriatic in Italy, a BA from the University of London in the UK, and Master of Management programs from BI in Norway. She is currently participating in INSEAD's Executive Board Programme.
Ødegaard is an independent board member, and holds 200 000 shares in the company as of October 2023, through Kvinnesiden AS.
Since October 2023, Snorre Haukali has served as a Board Member. Currently, he holds the position of partner at CMS Kluge Advokatfirma AS and has extensive experience in managing large-scale financing projects including syndicate loans to finance the operations of major corporations, project financing of development projects and acquisition financing. In addition, Snorre Haukali is well-versed in negotiating and project management for cross-border transactions. He assists clients in general corporate law issues on a running basis which includes strategic and legal advice to companies' board of directors, to the general management and to the shareholders. Furthermore, he assists in preparing all the various corporate and management documents. It's worth noting that his substantial experience also includes serving on boards of directors in both traditional industries, the oil sector, and banking.
Stig joined Nordic Unmanned in July 2023. He has nearly 30 years of industrial experience, the last 20+ years in senior executive and board positions in both oil and gas and technology companies.
Thomas comes from the position as Senior Counsel Legal at Equinor ASA. Prior to his position at Equinor, he has, amongst other things, been Head of Legal at Maersk Oil Norway AS, Eastern Hemisphere Counsel at Archer Management AS and lawyer at Deloitte Advokatfirma DA. He holds a law degree from the University of Bergen.
Viggo Tjelta has served as Board Member since Oktober 2023 He is the CEO and majority owner of Tjelta Eiendom AS, an investment company based in Klepp, Norway. Mr. Tjelta has board and management experience from various positions in property and property development, Mr. Tjelta holds a Bachelor of building and construction from university of Stavanger.
